I have purchased a glass top stove of the company LONGER-LIFE LONG PRODUCTS, today morning the glasstop of the stove suddenly got blasted and scatterd when it was in use.Fortunately nobody got injured or nothing got damaged, i have attached a photograph of the gas stove in the following, but on what guarranty will it be used again.I am searching for a service center nearby thrissur, so that it can be replaced because it...

I, PRATIK J MAVANI, from SURAT, GUJARAT, had bought a GLASSTOP 3 BURNER STOVE from LONGER HOME APPLIANCE around a year ago....
Today at noon when my mother was coocking...suddenly there was a blast in the kichen...when i saw the whole glass of stove was blasted in small small pieces...fortunately no one injured....
now my quetion is what about replacement of it...is your products r life long as u said...????
