Lotus Gilts Global Inc Complaints & Reviews

I have received a letter from them giving information about the Bonds that I hold.As I was not sure how to dispose them I filled in their form and sent it.
They wrote back saying signature mismatch and I got my banker to endorse.
Till today no money has come in and they repeatedly reply to my mails that it is being . processed in this lot and the next lot and will take 4-6 weeks. It is over two months already and I do not understand the delay. I was shocked to read about them being fraudulent in this website and wish to record my experiences to caution others

My icici children growth bond 02874285 and 02874286 have been fraudulently taken by lotus gilts global inc, and is trying to transfer them in the name of rachna jain.I have temporarily stopped the transfer.But i need a prohibitory order from a competent authority(Icici bank) to permanently stop it.Plz help me.

On 1 sept 2015, i received a letter from the above company.Donot entertain any letter you receive from this company.The owner Sharat Jain and his wife Rachna Jain along with three other Jains have opened this fake company.The leak information of your shares from ICICI bank and send you a letter saying u have the last exit option for redemption of your bonds.Many people have been fooled including me by this letter and have send their bond...
