I have trying to book cylinder for the past 2 days through the automated telephone, but, booking is not getting confirmed and I am not getting challan for payment option....

This is quite shameful matter for the big company (IOC) and its working system is worst.

Problem in telephonic and online LPG booking for domestic use

I am a LPG consumer of C.Lal and Sons(Gas)Kashmere Gate, Delhi vide C.No.18569. For the last week I have been trying to book a refilling of LPG cyliner on telephonic number of the said dealer but in vain. I have also tried to book it on online at www.ioclebiz.com but the site is not being opened. Resultantly I have not been able to book the gas. It is nothing but undue harassment to the consumers for no fault of theirs. I request...
