I have taken the service of
Shreedhan packers and movers to transport my goods from Pune to Bangalore. As per agreement they were supposed to pack the items at source and unload and unpack it at destination. Aryan [protected] was the person who provided all the quotation and commitment. His team packed all my stuff on 24th Oct 2015 evening 3 hr late than the promised time and counted the packed items as 41 boxes. This number was confirmed multiple times by their staff, the truck driver and by me. Same was put on consignee copy given to me. The truck was a local truck which later did a crossing to another truck where my stuff was put on another truck bound for Bangalore.
On 25th evening, I got a call from truck driver that my stuff has reached to Bangalore and he wants to unload it. Driver said me to arrange the manpower to unload it. I said its movers responsibility then citing some urgent reason driver finally agreed to arrange people on his own and unloaded the items at my home at midnight 2 o clock. These people were not from packers and movers and were unprofessional. They damaged the walls while shifting the items. To my surprise, there were only 39 boxes and 2 were missing. They also refused to unpack it. Next day, I had several calls and heated discussions where Aryan kept on saying there were 39 boxes only and 41 is our counting mistake and he or his team never confirmed it. Moreover on driver's copy, he just mentioned 37 boxes. It clearly shows their intention of cheating. Since truck did a crossing in Pune, I couldn't meet to this truck driver. However driver confirmed to me that mover's staff had told him that there were 41 boxes. Next couple of days, Aryan promised me that his person will come and unpack the item and gave me a number of Vikas [protected]. Vikas picked up calls initially and promised to send 2 people to unpack but they never turned up. Later Vikas stopped responding to calls. Aryan also stopped responding to the calls.
When I told him to put an online review he said to go ahead. He also said if his person will come, I will have to pay them 3600 and he said for him only money is important and he will not take responsibility for 2 missing boxes.
Do not use the services of this movers and packers. They are big time cheater. Once you have handed over your items, they might not respond to your phone calls if they make mistake. Moreover after loading items Aryan will say that bill will be given later. He will add 14% tax but after loading will say that sir let us earn something. These guys are thief. They don't pay tax however will charge to you. They will also goo[censored]p while moving the items and will not take responsibility for it. More over most important thing was mentioning of 37 items on driver copy and 41 items on copy which is clear cut indication of their intention.
They sent me an email asking me to remove online negative review and instead put a positive review and offered money to do same. All these after 1.5 year. Below are the extract of mail. (English if poor by them)

But one staff punishment dont take to you our hole company.
This is small mistake of you.
We are solve it dont create big issues.
We are also unhappy about your shifting cause of you are unsatisfied.

I request to you please remove your all sites reviews of shreedhan
packers and movers.
