I applied for personal loan on L&T financial services, after taking my all documents they replied that they will not process further on my application..my worry is that they can missuse my important documents like...Adhar card, PAN card and other personal information..

My mobile number DND is active & Im repeated receiving messages on my mobile number [protected].

I have never availed any finance & either wish to avail.

This nonsense should stop immediately

Took a personal loan from L&T finance and in my 2nd EMI, i have paid my EMI 3 days prior to the due date. Bounce charges of Rs
413 is applied for which the payment is done 3 days prior. When asked they are saying that due to insufficient fund on ECS date, bounce charges is applied. How can 1 expect that ECS will be submitted for the paid EMI. I have done it twice as well, why did they put charges this month too?PLEASE HELP.

Hello, this is Roshan & I applied for a loan on a consumer loyalty finance offered by L&T Finance on 3rd June 2022.

It was approved on 4th June 2022 & till now the amount is not credited to the given bank account.

On reaching out to your missed call service customer executives they had been asking to wait for 2 hours each time by stating the bank server issue. From yesterday evening till now no response has been given to my hundreds of missed calls.

I could see an active loan account with the same EMI amount as decided or opted during the loan application is available in your quick pay service (as available in https://payments.ltfs.com/LtfsPayment/)

Either confirm the status of the loan or immediately close the loan account with an intimation on my registered email ID.

Keeping a consumer in darkness will destroy the positive reputation the organization has & will lose the confidence of consumers.
Hope the organization will also uplift consumer rights!

My filed a complaint and that's showing resolved. What is this. My case is not resolved yet.
Or government of India allowing these people's to misbehave and abuse citizens.

I have a loan with l&t financial services. Today's date is 19th April. I have paid all the emi till March. Just for this month emi a lady (sampa)from l&t financial services called me and said this is my warning pay today or I will call your family members and abuse them.
Then just after 5 minutes she called to my wife who is the nominee of this and misbehaved with her.
If I am in office she used to call 100 times regularly,
She gave me a sujjestion to pay today or commit suicide.

I am also sharing a YouTube link which you can watch and guess how people of India commiting sucide because of these people's.

I beg her also that I will pay today or tomorrow, I said send me the legal notice also but dont do this with me. I am ready to pay penalty also.

This is happening with many people's. This should be stop in India. And these goons should go behind the jail.

Note- my all emi are clear only this month emi is pending and I said them that I will make payment by today or tomorrow for sure.

but still not receive NDC or any reply from cc.

I got a ph calls from l&t financial services to take personal loan. I told many times to many people that i m not interested but still I got ph calls from them and they r using bad n abusive words. [protected]

I am trying to use their website to get documents required for my Loan Closure but unfortunately their website has no such facility activated. The website is https://www.ltfs.com
They have provided customer self help page but trying from last 1 week to login and access the services but it gives technical error. I have also used their complaint or request support option but still have not got any revert.

Requesting them to provide...
1. Loan Account Statement
2. List of Documents submitted.
3. Foreclosure letter with outstanding amount.

I am visit branch today i want changes my emi incrage my tenure bequse my hotel business total hold till date thats why i want some changes for paid emi every month but branch not coprate and second thing want to update my account for ecs mandate branch say there also not update 1.5 month my my current link ac for ecs this is close i have ecs from fil all details but
Branch person say why your link account close give me account close details but my bank not give me any from our proof l and t branch person say give details otherwise pay over due charges every month your zainth complex branch not coprate

I have taken four wheeler loan from L&t finance in Nov 2014 for the period of 5 year.
Loan is about to complete as I have paid all emi on monthly basis.
Till now I have not received any statement or information from L&t Finance.
