I was allotted L&T Infra Bond ISIN NO- INE691I07273 SERIES 2 of Rs.20, 000/- (20 debentures of Rs.1000/- each).

The Bank details given at the time of application is different but address has been changed.

However, the maturity amount is not credited to my account
Therefore, you are requested to please transfer the maturity amount to my Bank A/c.

I had purchased the 20 nos. of L&T Infrastructure Debenture Bonds for 20, 000/- for the lock-in period of 10 years.
The date of allotment is 10.01.2012
Maturity Date: 10.01.2022

I was supposed to get back Rs.50, 000/- along with interest ( about Rs 44, 000 total).
Till date, I have not received any communication from L&T infra. I tried to contact them...

The Bank details given at the time of application is same but address has been changed.

However, the maturity amount is not credited to my SB account however TDS deducted has been reflected...

We (myself and my mother who are the son and wife of Mr. Sravan Chaudhuri) have received an A/C Payee Cheque of Rs. 42, 570.00 of IndusInd Bank dated 23/03/2021 in the name of Sravan Chaudhuri (now deceased). He is survived by his only son (myself) and widow Ms. Sermistha Chaudhuri (my mother). The account number for which the Cheque is meant is deactivated by the bank authorities as it was the sole account of my father. Moreover, the United Bank of India has now merged with Punjab National Bank and it has a new IFSC code.
My father had expired on 20/05/2015.

The following details are given for your kind perusal and necessary action at the earliest (kindly refer to the attachment):

Under the above circumstances, what are we supposed to do to get the amount of Rs 42, 570.00?

I had tried to call the helpline number(s) but they were not reachable. Then I had contacted the regional office of Kolkata where I was given a number which again was not picked up after 3 trials.

Finally, I spoke to the toll-free number[protected] today and the customer care executive understood my helplessness as despite repeated trials I could not get access to the appropriate number and person for the last 10 days or so to get my problem solved at the earliest. I was advised by the customer care executive to write a mail to this email ID so that it may be routed to the appropriate department. Hence this mail to you.

Kindly guide us. Kindly route this mail to the appropriate department as soon as possible and oblige. Please send an alert to the concerned department to contact me at the earliest and guide me as to the steps to be taken to solve the issue at hand.

Please help us to proceed further with the issue and kindly enable us to get a fast-track solution for this problem.

Hello, I submitted all the required original documents through dtdc courier dated 16/01/2021.The folio no is 00201804 certificate no. 411451, Nos.[protected] matured on 2/12/2020 in my husband's name, N. V. Kameswar who is no more.And I'm the nominee. Till date, the proceeds of the same has not been credited to my account. I sent email, phone calls and messages incessantly, but no response. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Ia heve lnt infra bind. I have submitted bond to link in time Company's registar mumbai office for change in karta name in huf bond holder due to death of original katra but they dont know how to process folio no.[protected] so please contact me on [protected]. I contact them for about ten times but everytime they answered our officer will call you shortly

Dear sir

I have purchased two bond 2011b on 10/01/2012 of rs. 20000/- each 1000 * 20. Total amount rs: 40000 (Forty thousand rupees).

I regret to inform you that so far i have not received any payment from for redemption of long term infrastructure bonds 2011b series. The buyback option i. E.5 years was duly filled at the time investment dated 24.03.2012.

Hence request you to please look into the matter on priority and let me know what needs to be done further from my end in this regard for getting redemption amount since 5 years look in period has been expired dated 23/03/2017.

In addition, this is to inform you further that i have neither received the payment of the said bond nor received any claim form till date.

Kindly look into the matter and make arrangement of payment of my principal amount in my registered account already submitted vide cancelled cheque and credit of yearly interest in my accounts.

I am holding L&T Infra Bonds. day before yestrerday was the alst day of Lock-in-period (5 years) i.e. 10.01.17. Im tried to contact on the concerned delephone nos mentioed in the Certificate but none of the Telephone nos mentioned are working. I also tried to contact M/s Sharepro Services but not able to locate them on the address specified in the Certificate.

Moreover, I ahve not received any Buyback intimation from you. I...

I purchsed l&t infra bond on 23.03.2011 for an amount of rs.. 8000/- (Rs.
