I have ordered the shoes via COD.I have sent it back to their address as instructed. They havent sent the exchanged shoes back and they havent picking the calls. Its been a month now. I asked for the refund but they are not responding.

Have order white shoes from website but the order is still showing in Pending state since long. Have tried calling several time but not receiving the calls. Have messaged the person on WhatsApp but of no use.

I had ordered nikr vapromax from this instagram page called luxury junction they sent me the wrong size first then they said me to return it after returning it they are not responding my money is gone shoes are gone i don't know what to do

Buyers BEWARE, this is a fraudulent company and send you wrong product and then doesn’t respond to your messages or calls. I had ordered a red colour shoes in size 45, but what I received was white colour shoe of a different brand in size 43 and that to used shoe.if you don’t want your money to get stuck or wasted then don’t buy from this guy. I have made a mistake by don’t want others to do the same.

I ordered for nike airforce utility olive shoes of size 11 and instead of it, seller have sent me white shoes and of 8.5 size . Now when I am telling him to change, he is ignoring my messages and calls.

Last week i had bought shoes from luxury junctions instagram handle. They very well assured me about the quality of shoes and it would also change its colour in sunshine. But the product in real was in worst quality possible it was very much evident it was fake and it wasn’t changing its colour also. I called them mannnnyyy times they never answer it and then i asked them change it they didn’t reply for quite sometime and after calling them they replied i asked them to send a picture of the new shoes they haven’t sent it yet they aren’t answering my calls nor replying me also. He asked me to courier shoes to him and send the receipt to him but he hasn’t sent me photo of shoes i asked them to take their shoe and refund the amount to me. But haven’t got any reply from them.
I’m ready to courier them their shoes but in return want refund

This complaint is regarding a fraud that your client https://www.luxuryjunction.in has done with me. I had ordered two pairs of shoes from luxury junction for ₹6200 via g-pay and received wrong size of one pair. I sent it back for replacement .It's been around 2 weeks and I Haven't received my product back. All my calls and messages have been ignored. I even tried using multiple numbers for contacting but it won't work. Please help.

Ordered a shoe for which i paid 3500/-
Size ordered was UK8
Received UK7.5
After shipping back the product to the seller
No response, he started cutting and ignoring calls
No response to messages
Rs 3500 fraud commited by this seller.
Will have to take action
Seller is so careless and full of ### .
He should be publicly defamed .
Either i need my refund or a change in size and...

Actually i ordered jordon 34 uk11 i got other shoes and who's size is uk10 shoes don't fit properly and its almost 3 days that seller is not attending my calls or messages i am worried about my money. He told me he would replace the shoes but when he is not responding i just want my money back or the replacement of the shoes. I can't do anything because i don't have any levarage over him i just can wait until seller messages

I bought the shoes from luxury junction website but they sent me the wrong one. Then after one week of no response he said to mail it back to him so i mailed it back to his company. The after 4-5 days it reached back to him and he does not send back the shoes i ordered. Even on his website he says refund is available but he does not agree on sending me my refund. Its been two months after that i waited then texted him to refund me he replies not possible. So i just want my refund.

On 24 Aug I ordered a pair of shoes of Nike air Jordan and when I receive the shoes it was one size bigger... So I asked them toh change my product and give me a one small size of the same product...
After asking them for so many times they just ignored my msgs
I just want to tell all that this is a site of fake products... Consumer contact, return policy is not available
They are conning us

After seeing the promotional page on instagram mentioned as luxury_juction_lj, i have contacted the seller @ [protected] and asked for 2 products i. E. A shirt and a goggles, the seller confirmed to pay rs 2198 on whatsaap (On the same no) i have paid the whole amount as advance on 19jan but since than the party is not picking my calls by today he has not confirmed anything about the dispatch as well.
His contact no is [protected], he has committed to refund the amount but not done anything so far.
I have one voice note of him available where i have recorded his assurance as well.
It is a kind of harassment, i am feeling and having a strong idea to take the call.
Thais why i am posting my issue, its instagram page is as luxury_junction_lj where he has 90k followers, i tried to contact him there as well but he blocked me there, it shows that the company is nothing more than fraud. Rest other information about the company is available at its instagram page.
