I purchased a product on lyos.com which showed up on factorial and haven't recieved any update looks like i am cheated and my card details are hacked could you please help....

I have placed an order for a set of 4 bags on mar 2020 in lyos website through facebook markplace ad. After that i cant trace the status of the order. My oder no is 17453 the contact details (Both given telephone number and mail id) given in the order is not reachable and i need refund for the paid money.
