I had booked a flat in M3M crown in March 2023 under 5:95 subvention scheme & BBA was done in MAY 23. In June & July I got my loan sanctioned from IDFC & ICICI but banks run away as reasons everybody knows. Once situation improves I got my Loan sanctioned from 2 more banks in early DEC with prior intimation to M3M team by Emails, Phone, What's up messages------but surprisingly once they come to know Loan is getting sanctioned they cancelled...

Refund not yet received from M3M
I paid the amount INR 1, 45, 000 to M3M for the Antalya Hills project on 2 Dec 2022, I canceled this booking and wrote an email to M3M. I have received zero response from them and no one is picking up the phone even if they pick up the phone they never give you details about when you will get your hard-earned money back, it's been more than 8 months now, and as per RERA max refund time was 45 days.
I will attach each document of payments and everything with attested copies of m3m as proof.

Denied to provide the promised unit I've booked in M3M Antalya Hills
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and anger regarding the prolonged delay in receiving a refund for the property units that you have placed on hold. Despite the fact that it has been two weeks since I requested a payment refund, I have not received any updates on my request and no progress has been made.
On January 21, 2023, we reserved three houses in the Antallya Hills Project (Oak Block), and we have already paid each unit's first installment. We have already made the advance payment, which is being recorded in the CRM portal of M3M (ticket number:[protected].
Barely any weeks back, we were told by M3M that the Oak Block (under which we have booked our units) has been required to be postponed, and we are being proposed to move our distributed units to an alternate Block. Since the builder (M3M) is unable to fulfil their promise of delivering the units that have already been allocated to us, we are cancelling the booking. As a result, we want all of the money that we have paid refunded in full as well as any compensation that we are eligible for, in accordance with RERA guidelines. We have already communicated our intentions to your team that we do not want to shift our units to a different Block.
Regardless of various subsequent calls and messages, I have not gotten any palatable reaction from your end, which is unsatisfactory. I am entitled to a prompt and complete refund of my property payment, and I expect you to fulfil this obligation right away.
I have to remind you that delaying my refund is putting me in a lot of financial trouble and reducing my confidence in your business practices. I anticipate that management at M3M will consider this post seriously and urge you to act immediately to process my refund as soon as possible.

Hello, as per HRERA provisions if a developer fails to handover unit due to discontinuation of business or any other reason whatsoever, the allotte can seek refund alonwith interest and compensation..It is advisable to file a complaint before RERA, Gurugram for seeking the same ..You can contact me for further legal assistance over the same ..Mob:-nine six five four zero six two one eight one
