I had booked a flat in M3M crown in March 2023 under 5:95 subvention scheme & BBA was done in MAY 23. In June & July I got my loan sanctioned from IDFC & ICICI but banks run away as reasons everybody knows. Once situation improves I got my Loan sanctioned from 2 more banks in early DEC with prior intimation to M3M team by Emails, Phone, What's up messages------but surprisingly once they come to know Loan is getting sanctioned they cancelled...

Refund not yet received from M3M
I paid the amount INR 1, 45, 000 to M3M for the Antalya Hills project on 2 Dec 2022, I canceled this booking and wrote an email to M3M. I have received zero response from them and no one is picking up the phone even if they pick up the phone they never give you details about when you will get your hard-earned money back, it's been more than 8 months now, and as per RERA max refund time was 45 days.br...

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and anger regarding the prolonged delay in receiving a refund for the property units that you have placed on hold. Despite the fact that it has been two weeks since I requested a payment refund, I have not received any updates on my request and no progress has been made.
