The team at Smart World is the worst to listen & answer. They had initially communicated & assured to us that the EMIs would start only after 2 years as the unit possession will take time & till that period the same would be to your account. Refund of 2.0 lakh for smartworld sector 61 project

I have booked a flat on 30 October 2021 in sector 61 Smartworld project, at the time of booking sales team told me that you can cancel this booking anytime before the BBA agreement and we will refund your full money,
I had applied to cancel this booking on 31 October 2021.
From 31st October to till today I am regularly asking for my refund but till date I haven't got any reply since 6months now.
Still they are not clearing when will they provide my money back and they are not replying on mails and they are not providing any phone number to talk with them.

You are not alone, we have come across multiple complaints against SmartWorld developers pvt ltd and their parent company M3M developers. We want to gather everyone who has faced problems with this company’s fraudulent practices and would like to collectively file a complaint against them under relevant IPC and RERA laws along with launching a media campaign against them to warn potential home buyers that their money is not safe with SmartWorld or M3M at large.
