I booked a unit in M3M Gems Smart world (N21A) under the 10:90 plan in December'2021 and have deposited total of Rs 9Lakh (2 Lakh via RTGS and 7 Lakh via Cheque) as an initial booking amount. I have booked a 3.5 bhk apartment in smart world gems 89, Gurgaon via channel partner "Aryan reality Infratech" by paying 2 lacs as EOI on 15th Aug 2021 to Jeevan Goswami (Aryan Realty Infratech) and the paid 32.5 lacs via 2 cheques to smartworld on 30th Oct 2021.
