Not giving allotment letter after 40% payment
I have booked a 3.5 bhk apartment in smart world gems 89, Gurgaon via channel partner "Aryan reality Infratech" by paying 2 lacs as EOI on 15th Aug 2021 to Jeevan Goswami (Aryan Realty Infratech) and the paid 32.5 lacs via 2 cheques to smartworld on 30th Oct 2021.
