I already sent mail to requested authorities but didn't got response.

I am writing on behalf of my parents. I am Akshay living abroad. Recently I have applied for the passports of my mother and father. During the police verification police have asked for money in order to proceed with the application. According to my knowledge, the police had to come home to verify details but instead they called my parents and asked them to come to the police station. After completing the application they asked for money. First time they called my father they took Rs 500 and the second time when my mother went again the same thing my mother only gave them Rs 200 but they refused and asked for more.

The case was handled from Adhartal Police Station, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh and there initial verification was done at passport office Jabalpur.

I request you to look into this matter. I want to keep my parents' name anonymous obviously you can get their name from my last name but I would like there name shouldnt be disclosed or directly connected. I would like to fully support you can connect me on following

I lodged a fir complaint in july 2017 in the madhav nagar police station then i got to said that your item has been found it is with a person known to the police department also they told me about the address in the month of august only. Thus 75% of the work has been done in august only but for 25% of work they are unresponsive now and even when i went for cm helpline complaint no. 4822788, 5121964, 5288289 they didn't react and mistreated me for inquiring the info as well. I am saddened with such behaviour and very disappointed as of now.

Police station budhni tehsil budhni dist sehore pin 466445 taken fees illigally for registering gd of sim card missing. The thana provari ask me for application with court fee and affidavit. Then i said for for a gd is not essential. Then an un authorised person sitting beside ask me. Give me 100/- i will manage. Then the thana proveri receive it and register gd.
It is very sensible issue if charges required for gd or fir then where we go for our constitutional right. Plz see the issue and action must taken to get rid of such activity.
