Dear sir / madam
My self saghir pasha.. When my father was having heart pain when we was taking him hospital..at the emergency not able ware a helmet or heart pashient how can he was able to ware at tht time no ambulance was coming so we took him in bike. At the emergency time also they the puted fine on my bike it's not fare actually.. If not affordable to pay such high amount of fine.. So please help me to clear sum of the fines.....
