I ordered magic mop home appliance from starcj and i got it delivered today. I ordered the combo set but there was one product missing in it. Besides that, the built quality of it is really poor and is definielty not as it was shown on tv. I m really unsatisfied with it and really unhappy about the fact how the product was so badly packed and managed to be brought to my place. And on top of that the packaging was having a label of home shop...

I had purchased magic mop from star cj 2 years back.
It was working fine till 2 days back... since 2 days it is not spinning properly and the rod is also not moving.
Kindly take a note of this. Please let me know where i can complaint about the same. Please revert as soon as possible.
