I have not yet started receiving my subscription. Id no 2461921, payment ID:SUBS36432877. Paid on 30th march.

Have ordered the magazine on 17th Dec 2021.
Order No - 180231
But till today 13th Feb 2022, the order is showing as processing and not delivered.

There is no way to reach any of the magic pot customer care services.
The no mentioned on the site keeps saying"please call between 9:30 to 6 pm but even if you call during that time, no one picks up.

This is cheating and will see how to file a complaint against magic pot.

I subscribed the magic pot for 6months. Till now I didn't receive the book. My order no is 164068. Please give me the reply when will I get the book.
