I took the titanium plus subscription and the marketing person told me that photoshoot will be done for my property. After few days, I was told that photoshoot is not doable. When I discussed with them over phone, they told me to send email to support team. They are not providing any solution. Chat services are pathetic. When I asked about why the promised service is not being done, they stopped answering. I waited and waited for their response in chat, but they just ignored my messages. They say that refund is not possible. I am planning to complain about this in consumer court.

24 Feb 2021 Gold Package after that im getting fake leads created by the magic bricks staffs against my property .. never trust these people i have lost my money time and efforts

On 28th i had purchased a bronze advertisement package vide my refernce no Order ID:15272679 for rs.800/- at 9.30 am. i received a welcome call from [protected] at 10.01 am and the lady referred that the package which i had pruchased will not have the details of the customers and she suggested me to get a silver package in which the tentants mobile numbers would be shared and I can contact them and can close the deal. She also informed me i can send a mail to [protected]@magicbricks.com so they will refund the amount I paid for the bronze package and hence i purchased a silver package vide Order ID: 15277807 and paid rs.1125/-
on 29th I received a call at 5.34 pm and i was informed there was not much diffence beween both these packages and i was informed to post the details in my website. i was informed to send a mail to [protected]@magicbricks for refund once again.
on 31st jan i had sent a mail to [protected]@magicbricks.com and I was informed by them i will get my refund.i had sent and was acknowleged vide 1439372 and once again was infomed and had sent once again vide 1439412. to my surprise., i was told that i had utilised both these packages and hence refund is not possible. Since i have refersed as informed to me. i had paid 800+1125 and still i am not able to view the mobile numbers of the tentants as informed to me. i have been made as a fool by the employees of Magic bricks asking me to purcase this and that package and still no one informed me that i should not refersh. i was asked to submit all the details once again and now i was told i had purchased both these packages. I am forced to take this package which is of no use to me has they are not sharing the mobile nos of the potential tentants. Mr. Nikhil from magic bricks informed me refund is not possible. seeking to redress my grievances and refund the amount to my credit card account as i not being benefitted by any of their pacage

I had taken an subscription of magicbricks.com ads where i i put my ads and i will get the lead
However magicbricks has given me a pack which is the premium amongst all and i had paid the entire money and was promised i will get a response but till today i'm not getting any response i had complaint to them about my refund but no revert from them
I'm not happy about this and i want my money back

I had listed my 3 bhk flat at nahikroad, nashik in the free listing category on the magicbricks (Property id[protected].

On 24 january 2018 i received a call from mr ravi kant of the magicbricks who convinced me to upgrade the listing to titanium plus. I agreed and paid rs 3960/- by debit card. I have received the invoice no 16889 dt 24 jan 2018 acknowledging the receipt of rs 3, 960/- towars titanium plus listing for 250 days.

I was told by mr ravikant that i will receive a welcome call from magicbricks within 48 hrs and my listing will be activated.
However i have not received welcome call till today (01/02/2018). My listing has not been activated, a fact i can find out by browsing on their site.in fact i see one of my old free listing of the same property (Property id[protected] active. It mentions cost of 60, 00, 000/- which is more than what i have quoted now; plus there are no photographs giving misinformation to clients.

Repeated calls to mr ravikant have not fetched results, now he has stopped communicating. The customer care numbers mentioned are either no longer in service or are unreachable.

My listing (Property id no[protected], which i have paid for be activated immediately. Old listing (Property id[protected] be deactivated.

This is an fraud company. Which has been taken lacs of amount for giving me promotional space for my advertise details. Now they are not giving solutions about their services as they had changed their website systems because of that I had faced off lot of problems. I have seen a adverse effect on my business. Now I am asking for refund then they are not giving my all money back as they are also not bothered to solve my problem. This problems can not explained by a photo but I am feeling like die now. I have all conversations recorded of their relationship manager. Please help me otherwise I am in situation to die.

Magicbricks.com is an portal as they are providing space to advertise the properties. They had taken money by making some many commitments to me and now they are harassing me by giving an avoidance to my problems which are coming to post the properties. Please help me.

Maine ak package lia magicbriks.com se 19000 ka aur enke manager se jab package sale kia manager ne tak 100% service ka guarantee. Dia but aaj 2 month se problem hua hai to tab se aajtak phone nhe uthate aur agr utha lete hai to siff advice dete hai ya fir humari property posting me he kami nikaalte hai. Also send mail. Ab to saranjeet ji kah rahe hai aapne small package lia hua hai jiska bada packege hai use he acha responce milega. Jabki sale karne ke time par bola tha aapko responce me koi kami nhe ayegi. A sales guy named Sanjeev called and mis guided me about posting my property for sell in magicbricks.com. Took the payment for listing and even after 5 days, my property is still not listed. The sales guy Sanjeev is not reachable. His mobile is always ringing. When I am calling magicbricks.com customer care, they are not helping me with my listing issues and also not getting Sanjeev over phone for clarification.

I have purchased listing package Chennai magicbrick.com Most of the leads are mismatch number, incorrect number, switch off number Magicbrick sending leads from their old databases not fresh customer leads. I'm expecting Genuine leads but magicbrick.com counts only number of leads per day... that's all magic... is this magic ?...magicbrick.com (!!!...?) is this like money-mind magicbrick.com ? HI, I just register on magicbricks.com for 1 posting for flat for rent, Now they are spamming me daily on my mobile and email to use their service.They are providing me 25 free listing.I have asked them to stop spamming on their customer care no.I have unsubscribed them multiple times but nothing working.
