Cheating Company
This is cheating company. Never think of buying a flat from this devilish company.Look into the consumer court cases against this company. This company cheats by giving less area, fake sanction plan, fake occupancy certificate and low quality materials. These devils sell garage space without demarcation and documentation, even one garage space to many customers. They make Sale Deed with incorrigible mistakes and adding detrimental clauses to the customers. Their business is looting people's hard earned money. Be warned to stay away from these cheats. They have made many people's lives miserable. They are dangerous for the society.

I have booked a property on magnolia vardaan a project of magnolia infrastructure development limited in 2015. My customer id: c/mv/025/15, & allotment no: a/mv/024/15. After payment of 90 percent property value, i have cancelled the booking in dec-2017, for some critical financial condition. Now i need my money back. But the builder deny to refund my money. They say after further sell, i will get my refund. But as per sale agreement they could not do this. So at last i am complaining here for the solution of the problem. Please help.

There is no response from Magnolia after 2 reminders recently & few conversations over phone after paying 20% of the property value. I want my money back now, I have lost my faith.
