One of the person had called from the company and claimed himself to be the employee of magnum tech company. He said that he would give me some data to enter in the forms that is 700 forms to be filled up within 7 days. Then they took the sign and photo and id proof but didn't show the agreement and without my permission they had put that in that false agreement the first day i started working and i got blocked and when i ignored that i cant do the work after 7 days a fraud had called me from the no. [protected], saying himself to be the lawyer of rajkot and he said name was adv. Dixit Shah. Now he is asking me to pay 25000 amount so that i can close the without any litigation. When they had offered me work they had clearly said me that in case i m not able to complete the work i have to pay 4450 which i paid bcz i thought that the company is genuine but when i saw in internet the company was fake and in truecaller id it is diplaying fake and they said that they will not call me again and on 27 May they are asking 25000. Please kindly look for this and shut down this company. Now i got a text showing legal case id UEL07/2019/322 WITH FILLING NUMBER 2019/322 for breach of contract with magnum technologies and it is showing my case will be filled within two day.

I got a call from [protected] of magnum technology. They offered me for part time job of data entry. They told that i will be get a payment of rs. 30/- per page for 700 pages which are to be completed in 7 days. They asked me to send my aadhar card, photo and photo of my signature on whatsapp on [protected]. At this stage, they didn't inform me about any legal agreement. But sending the above mentioned details on whatsapp, they informed me about legal agreement and sent a mail on email address ashu. [protected]@gmail.com, having user id, password and a link to open the legal agreement. The legal agreement attached in my is not opening and giving errors while opening. I started work on 17.05.2019. I didn't bothered about legal agreement as i was guranteed to get a good amount. However, on 18.05.2019 my id was blocked as i attempted to open it on my mobile. I called the customer care of the company on [protected] and requested to activate my id. They asked me to pay rs. 8000/- as maintenance charges to activate the id. This condition was not told to me and also condition of blocking the id on opening it on mobile, was not told to me. Now they threatening me to pay rs. 8000/- or to face their legal notice and court case.
I lodged the complaint at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ on 18.05.2019 (Complaint no. 1326188) which was disposed on 23.05.2019 stating that "this grievance or enquiry is not covered under consumer protection act. This portal is for consumer related grievances. You are requested to contact appropriate authority."

I am vinay kumar malhotra, i recently got a call for the part time job, one lady called me that i have to fill 700 forms in 7 days in which 90% should be correct and they send me one link through which one app in which i had to use id and password for which they said to upload my photo and signature along with they asked me to send my driving licence photo in email id and i had sent them after few minutes they send me a agreement where they put my signature and photo without my permission. They said to use userid and password from any platfarm and check that app opens or not. I used userid and pasword 2 times on pc and one time on mobile for which they have not mentioned for not use of mobile for this app. Afterthat my pasword was blocked and i requested for reset of pasword. They said that as u have used mobile for this app, so u have to pay penality for using mobile for this app. As it is not mentioned to use of mobile for this app and penality for reset of password. Now, they are pressurising me to pay the penaly of rs, 9508/-with advocate fees=15510/- otherwise he will send me court notice from rajkot district court. I applied for part time job for earning income and not to loose money as penality/i am senier citizen and retired from sbi as officer.

When they had offered me work they had clearly said me that in case i m not able to complete the work i have to pay 4475 and today that is 14/05/2019 they are asking 49, 663. Please kindly look for this and shut down this company. Now i got a text showing legal case id uel07/2019/319 for breach of contract with magnum technologies and it is showing my case will be filled within two day.
