1. Mahagun has stopped paying Pre-EMI installments for 11 months now (March-June 2020 & August 2020, March 2021-August 2021) The apartment booking was under subvention plan. As per the subvention plan Mahagun is supposed to pay the pre-EMI until possession. Builder has violated the terms of agreement.

2. Mahagun had promised to handover the possession of apartment by June 2017. However on ground only the structure is erected, all other work is pending. Looking at the current situation it seems it will take another 1 year to complete provided the work resumes. However builder has no intention to complete the work even after delay of over 4 years. There is no response to emails sent, no one is willing to meet or give a suitable response. Developers people manhandle customers at the builders premises..

I have taken Home loan for the said property and EMI is being debited from my account. Builder has forcibly passed on the liability on to me.
As per plan 100% payment of the property was made on 24 Jan 2015. Without Job it has become difficult to manage the EMI burden.

Request is made to instruct the builder to pay refund the paid amount with interest @18% p.a. Pleading the authorities to free me from the clutches of cunning builder.

Builder has issued key handover letter on 31st oct 2018 and has levied maintenance charges from july 2018. I have sent multiple mails to cbre and mahagun but after chasing for so long they have waived off maintainance for the month of july 2018 only. They have disconnected electricity to blackmail. As if we have to reside in our flat then we have to pay whatever they demands.
Have spoken amrutlal in mahagun and he is the culprit.

I have paid everything in full for flat in may 2018 but builder has not completed flat till 31st october 2018.

We have purchased flat in mahagun mywoods in Nov 2017 ready to move in. At the time of purchasing there was navratara offer was going on that's why we booked flat. At the time of purchasing sales person Mr. Himanshu did lot of wrong commitments which we are facing now. He assured us the 9 offers which was running at that time is included in our flat and basis on that we were continously chasing them to update our offer as well as return our bank processing fees which was part of offer, when we gave all flat amount including registry there was some 35000 hidden charges also they took from us which was not describe us earlier, top of this after so many mails to customers care and calls we got their reply after 8 months that we are not eligible for those offers.

Not included? How they can change their verbal statement? How they can take hidden charges? If offer was not included so didn't they told us on our very first mail on Jan 2nd 2018. They are making fools and they don't want to resolve because they have stop replying over the phone as well as via mail. Now you tell what common man do if they cheated by fraud builder like mahagun India pvt Ltd. Hope you do something.

I have booked the flat in mahagun mywood phase-1 in june 2012. I have paid all the amount as per builder agreement. Builder is asking park plc amount 113000. It is not mentioned in builder agreement. They are demanding park plc amount since last 3 years. I met them several times and sent mails also. But i m not getting any result. They are forcing me the to pay the amount and they are saying that if i will not pay, they will take the action against my booking.

I kindly request you people, please provide me the suggestion.
