Dear Sir,

I have subscribed Maharashtra Times by giving cheque of Rs. 599/- to my newspaper vendor. As per the scheme, I was to receive cashback of Rs. 599/- in my paytm account.

However, I have not yet received cashback of Rs. 599 in my paytm account as promised by Maharashtra Times.

I am not getting MATA paper daily.I have subscribe MATA under scheme. Cheque also given. But paper sometimes come & sometimes does not come. Please take necessary action.and Call me on [protected] or mail me at kalyankar.[protected]@gmail.com

I am a reader of “Ma Taa” right from its time of launch in Pune. I am a regular subscriber to Ma Taa schemes. On 21st June 2015, my news paper agent charged me Rs. 510/- for a period of last 17 months at rate of Re 1 per day against delivery charges. When I spoke to Mr. Parag Karandikar, Resident Editor Ma Taa, Pune, I was told that the Newspaper agents were being paid Rs. 1.20 per paper and there was no need for delivery charges. On contacting him again, I was asked to contact Mr. Mudsar Patel, area circulation incharge and Mr. Siddharth Vajpayee, circulation Manager Pune region. On contacting Mr. Vajpayee, I was asked to negotiate delivery amount with the News paper agent and he would be sending Mr. Mudsar Patel along with delivery agent for the same. Since nothing materialized, I requested change of newspaper agent and was informed that it was not possible. After few days, I again contacted Mr. Vajpayee informing him about the lack of delivery and informed him that I would be contacting the higher authorities, he rudely stated that I could contact whosoever I wanted to and even he could pay the refund from his pocket and there was no need to contact Ma Taa authorities for this. It’s a shame that these people are giving bad name to such a renowned paper. Their way of tackling the problem will reduce the readership. I would like to know the following: 1. Why I was not informed beforehand about the delivery charges (bill proof with me) 2. Is the price of newspaper ex office price or ex printing price or delivery price for the customer. Maximum delivery charges taken by some of the agents around me is Rs. 5 to Rs. 10 per month irrespective of number of papers delivered. 3. Is any Ma Taa circulatory personnel getting a cut of these delivery charges? 4. Your tagline “Patra Navhe Mitra”, needs to be changed with such poor delivery, as I am still not receiving the paper regularly. . Customer ID : 33835877

I Sanjay Ramchandra Salve issued a cheque no. 587478 (of State Bank of India ) of Rs. 349/- towards Maharashtra times newspaper under a scheme of 12 months newspaper in Rs. 349/-. the same has already debited to my SBI a/c. on 30.07.12
But last one month New paper Agent had stopped delivering the News Paper .

Please look into this matter and arrange to deliver my News paper for which I have already paid to Mahatrashtra Times

I am the subscriber of maharashtra time . I am living at Dagne Chowk.

It is frequently happened that i am not getting complete paper. Many times not getting supplimentary ( Puravani). I called lots of times to my agent[protected]
but he is telling that it is problem from Maharashtra Times side, they are not providing supplimentary.

Today i did not get whole paper. Agent telling that they did not receive the paper.

Why i am going to suffer.

Pl give the attension n high priority

I have subscribed for Maharashtra times for the entire year for Rs 99. Now my address is changed. I am asking the vendor to deliver my paper at my new address but is is not feasible to him.
now as Maharashtra times has not given us any coupons for the same, I cant even deal with other vendor for the same. They are dooing direct payment to the vendor irrespective of the product( news paper) beeing delivered to the customer or not.

Pls let me know how to deal with such situation.

I hav esubmitted advance Cheque to BCCL of Rs 99 for getting news paper but I didnt get news paper daily.My Cheque no is 837491 for ICICI Bank.

Dear Sir,

Mr. Jamir Pathan(RRE Name) of Maharashtra Times newspaper came to me saying we give 4 months trial offer in 11 Rs. Only.I gave a cheque(No 519154) dated 26/12/2010 and receipt Order No PAA 098124.
They never turned up again and gave no newspaper.Earlier I thought there is no problem But they encashed the cheque in February.I tried calling hawkers but they dont stop.
If you cant provide service then why to make unrealistic schemes and take my money and waste my time.
I opted for the scheme in the name of Maharashtra.However I shall take no scheme again as I have learnt my lesson hard way.
