Hi I have just bought a domain and i got a mail from Mail India to create a free mail account .. I created [protected]@vrajme.co.in .. which from last 2 days is active but not sending or receiving emails. please can you contact me what is wrong.

I have email address" [protected]@india.com" for over some yrs. All of sudden my email was permanently locked by india.com. I have very important emails and files stored on the server and unable to access via my email address. I would like to have my email unlocked As soon as possible. I was using amruth. [protected]@india.com since 2011. All of sudden it says we have shut down since 6th of may 2019 and i am unable to access my account. I career documents stored in that account, please somebody do the needful. My future and career depends on it. Please i will beg you. I heard many complaints in this regards, and no proper response from them.

Since december I am blocked out of my personal account [protected]@india.com, cannot get new mails, since it is a personal account I have a lot of personal stuff I need to access, it just says error report, but to whom and how, there is no customer service or complaint address, would be obliged if this issue can be sorted at the earliest, and I can gain access to the same.
