Dear Consumer Complaints Team,

I am filing a formal complaint against MailTranscripts.com (an India-based service) for failing to deliver the promised academic transcript services despite receiving full payment of 153.4 USD on September 17, 2024.

Details:
- Order Date: December 2024
- Service Promised: Delivery of transcripts to WES Canada.
- Issue: No documents were ever sent, as confirmed by WES Canada (attached).
- Proof Attached: Payment receipts, email correspondence, and WES Canada’s non-receipt confirmation.

I request urgent intervention to resolve this matter and secure a refund.

It was a terrible mistake of assigning this company the responsibility of sending my transcripts to wes. They are totally unreliable. I have already paid more and now they are asking to pay more for the services a hefty sum of 15k for this service. I had to send my nashik university documents to wes, which the company claims has been sent as per university procedure. However, they are saying to pay, more a sum of rs 1550 + gst to the kanpur bank.
I don't know why kanpur bank is not takin g any action against such people.
Request of refund money

When we open the file with WES, and this attestation recommended by WES agents to do the mail transcripts, we paid 2 certificates BA & MA with Annamalai University. But the mailtranscripts did the attestation themselves and send to WES directly. WES resend for the verification directly to the university, We paid reverification money to university, but university said the initial attestation done by agent through WES was Fraud, so finally the Genuine candidate with certificate become Fraud, WES cancelled the process. Wepaid 20k rupees for this attestation. We are not asking refund or return, WES should consider the certificate is Genuine and block this agent permanently not to do business like this

I have paid to them almost 8500 inr on 2 april 2019.

I have drop them dozens of email and called they are not providing any update.

Even after 2 months no update was given they first said 25-30 working days but later gave me date 31may. since that day i am trying to reach them. No one reply back on email only call is option on one no. [protected] and that too picked very rarely. first they said its delay due...

This organisation is a BIG FRAUD TEAM. I submitted my transcript request through this organisation but, they sent incomplete documents to WES. I have been calling them for past 3 weeks now but they don't have any answer and keep asking me to drop email to their support team.
Sharon is the lady at front desk who has no answer and routes us to Support team.I asked her if I can speak directly to their support team but no they don't support telephonic conversation.
Whenever we have emailed the support team, they have just one answer -We don't know and we are not gonna help in anyway.
I have also tried reaching out to their CEO via LinkedIn, their group via Twitter but they don't acknowledge, nor they do they want to do anything.
