We had booked a cruise from Port blair to Havelock at the cost of 1425 + 150 = a total of nearly rs 1600 one way and and we had come on time. No information was provided about the change in cruise timing where by it's postponed by another 1.5 hours. Any prior sms or phone call would have helped us see some other place and then come and manage our itinerary better. Careless management by the mak logistics management company

Mak or makruzz is ferry company which operates in Andaman and Nicobar islands. They had cancelled my tickets on 4th Feb 22 and since then they have not refunded my ticket amt of Rs 9000. It has already been more than 60 days and there is not response or affirmation from there end.

IDKBCA, KRNMIR & HQSYYW.

i had made online booking for makruzz ferry from Mak Logistics Pvt Ltd, dated 31st april and 3rd may ( Portblair to Havelock and back ), I paid a total of Rs.5628 .
But due to the pandemic the trip didnt happen . The agent told us that the tickets could be rescheduled or cancelled anytime we want and the money would be refunded, but we will have to wait till lockdown is over . Now after the lockdown when we are calling them there is no response . I called from another number and she took the call but as she realised its me she disconnected the call. I called her 5 more times but she didn't take the call .

Please help with the refund.
