Iam a subscriber of your newspaper since my childhood. Pathetic to see that you have now become a congress party newspaper at par with Desabhimani.. I have Jai hind channel in my home and is sufficient to cover Congress party related news. Really sad to see the newspaper is being used to promote a particular political party agenda alone and abusing other parties other than Congress in a third rated views...
Hence iam forced to stop the subscription of your present Congress edition newspaper with lot of pain and disappointment...

I am one of your daily reader. I heard a news from the internet about the alappad mining and none of the channel or the newspaper have shown the incidence it is really shame on you guys. I think that every news channels and the newspapers have brought bribe from the mining company. If you do not know about this incident i am sorry. And also our country has latest technology to know the news so i think that you know it. And also you want to show the news in the channel and also in your newspaper. I think you and your channel will show this news on your channel

I would like to inform you that now a days iam not getting suppliments for the last one week including sunday. When i complaint regarding this to our daily news paper dropper, he was shouting like a lion to me (to a customer)"I am not responsible, they (MM) are not inserting the suppliment along with daily. Do not complain to me, u complain to MM Kamnur office am not responsible". Would like to know whether should I complain to dropper first, or to MM office? He talked to me (customer) very arrogantly just like Am a culprit. You are advise to collect monthly bill less last weeks supplement including today from dropper or else to change our dropper. Actually this dropper has come into picture when I started Hindu daily. The dropper name is Sajeevan and his mobile number is [protected]. My only requirement is to drop MM daily between 04.30hrs and 05.30hrs including all supplements. I am having the recording of our (me n Sajeevan) conversations had yesterday with me, if you need it I will either send it separately or submit to the higher authorities in Kannur/Kozhikode. Am expecting a quick reply soon from you.

Too much of advertisements
Dear team,
Now days you guys are trying to make your subscribers buffoons through placing too much advertisements .
Eg:19/06/2018 and 21/06/2018 Kottayam edition full page add in first page and day by day advertisement is increased. You increased the price of news paper by saying the production cost was increased.
For your kind information:we are paying money to read news not to see advertisements.
So please don't test readers patience for your extra profit.

Media including malayala manorama is hiding news related to neyyatinkara bishop house for stopping mass in balaramapuram st. Sebastian church for the last 2 months. There is no mass in church even if any body dies. For marriage or first holy communion we can get the help of another churches. But in case of death, where we will go??. Some persons of our church contacted so many news media, but the response towards this important issue is not good. There are more than 3 persons died in this period and their bodies are taken to graveyard (Cemetery) without doing any mass function. It is really unfair and injustice towards the one, who dies and the family. The problem is related to only the authority of land ownership. Please consider this matter as importance. It is better to solve the issue than went gone worst.

Pi, along with other colleagues of state bank of india, were travelling from trivandrum to kannur by nizamudheen express (22653) on 09/12/17.

Wish deep anguish we have to inform that we have booked our tickets in train no 22653 - nizamudheen express fro trivandrum to kannur.in second ac, to our surprise in ha1 compartment, we founf the entire compartment filled with fumigants and inhospitable for spending an overnight journey. We were shocked to find heaps of chemicals on each of the births with pungent smell. Complaints were made to tele no 138 as advised by the tte as the train had not commenced the journey then.
However, nothing happened and the train commenced its journey from trivandrum with passengers masking their face to avoid exposure to these chemicals.
I am feeling dizzy because of these and i can see other passengers suffering too.
The matter has been taken up with the media and i hope that u would take immediate action in replacing the coach or make alternate arrangements so that we can reach our destination without any further inconvenience inspiteof paying a huge amount.

M4marry customer care personal simply put my profile on hold for not attending their continuous telemarketing phone calls. When i asked them, their reason was that they blocked because they can do so because i haven't atyended their calls, so that meant i'm not genuine person. (And i heard a smirk laugh at their end)
Note: i had already registered phone number and email id which they check while registration for confirmation.

I have subscribed Magic pot book for 3 years from 1st January 2016 onward. For the past 1 month we have not received Magic pot book. Called many times to concern department, they issued two weeks book and always telling they have dispatched the book, requested for courier tracking number. But they are not giving it. Very worst response from magic pot division.

Sir, Believing that the companies and products, exhibited in this exhibition, were endorsed by you as reliable, we bought an IBELL gas stove.
The product is a big disappointment to us. The SIM function does not work and the stands are wobbly. Since we started using the product on 22/12/2016 and realised the problems we have complained to various people in the company at various levels of authority.
No action has been taken as yet.
We are at a loss about what to do.
Kindly do not endorse such products in the future.

Every day i got newspaper very lately about 8'o clock a. m. we have to go to office at 9 a. m. so, i request you to get it as early as poossible or before 7 or 6.30 pm.
Awaiting your immediate contact to the valluvambram circulation agent to press to deliver newspaper early to my area..

In todays manorama e paper [ june 06th wednesday, 2016], the second page is nothing but the second page of sundays manorama e paper kochi edition. How should we rate this. This is pure negligence and lack of supervision. One more thing the e paper gets updated only after 6.45 am./ 7.00 am. Previously it gets uploaded by 6.30 am. This had been informed to the desk many times.

In todays news paper 28/01, page 25, our national flag trivarna pathaka is spelled wrong as rathivarna pathaka .it is a serious fault.kindly take remedy

I have subscribed for MAGICPOT kids magazine in May 2011. Its a weekly magazine. After receiving 5 issues, they stopped sending the magazine. Eventhough complaining on and on, no body is responding and the subscription is still under vein.
