Dear Sir,

My name is B. Susheel bapu & I have applied for White Ration Card in the month of December 2012, and a official came to my residence for verification of applicant residing or not. He obtained the related information and went off. Till now i have not received my applied Ration Card (White). I am waiting for my Ration Card. Please help me out to get my White Ration Card.

I Lokesh resident of Ramallakota village Veldurthy mandal presently staying in hyderabad for my education purpose approched our MRO for my Date of Birth Certificate for more than 20 times.
