Regarding water purifier & restroom cleanse issue in Adyar branch mangalore

Hi Team,
This is one of you’re customer and frequently visitor for mandovi motors Adyar branch (Mangalore’) . I liked the service of my car .
But I have observed in Front office there is no hygiene in basic items which is most important the drinking water purifier, its been observed in my visits but this time it was really in wrost condition and I walked away so long for buying water bottle, And also the washroom which is really bad, on serious note management has to really look in to this thing s.

Worst service done after general service noise in engine

After service noise in engine and. Abs warning light also be but they have delivered my cat with out any check up
And they came to home to check it they say s some complaints w have. Parts and waiting for 1 weeks no call came from them and I call they no reply and response
I am also working for premium cars showroom worst service pls to this

Car Service
I had serviced my Car on[protected] at Mandovi Motors, Mysore near Railway Station. I had also told them to do Door Setting. They told me that they have fixed the issue what I had told to them. But after 2 to 3 days of service again I suffered from that same issue. But in starting days it was in not hard to handle it. I thought that let me see for some mare days. But nowadays it is very hard to handle it. And also after servicing my car there was no call for customer satisfaction for the service. But in Hundai and some more company they will call to the customer satisfaction review the next day of the service and also after 15 days they call for confirmation also. But after servicing I don't received any calls that is also the bad part of Mandovi Motors

my car is not ready

Mandovi motors it's worst service to me because Jzt air bag blast that reason was company manufacturing defect 15 days finish but my car is not ready. Advicer saying parts are not available. But why are clear my problem. I am taxi driver 15 days earnings loss and I struggle my family maintain taxi for my one and only earnings way so please sollow my problem.

Dear sir, I have purchased one car at Mandovi motors at Mangalore on 1/1019.At that time they have promised me to refund Rs 5000.I have produced the documents at the time of purchase. Sales executive says that they will send them amount immediately. Now they will not receive my call. Please make arrangements to refund the amount immediately.

negligence of manager of true value

Actually we had purchased a omni of 2015 model on april 4 2018 and the same day of delivery we met with accident and we towed the vehicle to mandovi accident section and in accident section they told that insurance should be claimed by old owner since the vehicle and it's insurance was not yet transferred so we went to true value which is falnir branch and there we asked the information about old owner there they told that they will discuss with old owner and inform us about the their opinion so we came back since 5 june we are asking them about the reply from old owner they told us that they asked with the old owner and they denied to help us so we asked them the contact of the old owner they told that they will text me the old owners number and they went on postponing and they didn't give the number again we had to visit the true value and again we asked them the number and the manager was not at all polite atlast we ended up by the argument and finally gave the number of the old owner after a month of accident then we contacted the old owner at that time the old owner didn't even know that the their vehicle met with the accident and they were shocked and when we asked the owner that could they help us regarding the claim procedure they said that they will and the owner was so polite with us then after that when we go to insurance office to discuss about that. Matter the royal sundaram insurance company told that that insurance should be claimed by the present owner then they started surveying the car after that true value delayed rc transfering procedure also totaly true value falnir people's are a big cheters we got our vehicle after 2months 5 days this is the service reputed mandovi is giving to customer i request you to take a strict step regarding this matter

My dzire ka 21b 6842 car completed 10, 000km above, the driver from mandovi came to my pick up location to pick the car, after that i received a call from service advisor jastin reggarding the service for my car, i informed him that change oil, he advised me that u need to make wheel balancing & wheel alignment, i said no need such service and all, give me only service of oil change after that he called me that your bill estimated amount was 3500 including tax at around 5 o clock, after that he again called me at 6 o clock around that your bill amount is rs.4085. You can take your car. I didn't informed him to make such extra service. Mandovi motors is cheating customers, i would request concerned team to take action on this. I would be sharing the same message in face book as well. As all the maruthi customers should know how the service center is minting money by charging its customer. Concerned people please help me and maruthi customers by this kind of fraud.

Sir, yesterday 2nd september 2017, i posted a complaint regarding the discount offered by mandovi motors, bangalore. For this i got a call from a person ajay saxena claiming to be from official of maruthi suzuki & told me that balance discount will be credited to my credit card & wanted details of my card. I asked him to speak to my son & have his number. When my son refused to give details of credit card, they have abused him. Hence i request you to check up whether he is your official. Pl investigate this & take necessary action. Regards. Madan mohan gk.

Long delay in the delivery of the car i booked

Think twice before booking a car in mandovi motors and don’t get cheated.
I booked a suzuki celerio zxi amt (O) top version with a booking no. Sob15003648 and ref no. Sob[protected] in mandovi motors on 1st march 2016. The sales officer named loganathan and his asst. Sales manager madhusudhan promised to get the car by 25 march for sure and they treated me as a vip customer during booking. This was their trick to get a booking. They also wrote the delivery period as 4 weeks from the date of booking in the bill given. Even after 4 weeks there was no response. I called them several times but they rejected my calls telling that i will call you after 10 min. They never responded. At last i visited the showroom and when i asked about the car they started to convince me with an old version car as they somehow wanted it to be sold. I said i want the car of my choice i booked and i cannot change for anyone’s word. Had a big fight. He harassed, threatened me before other’s and told me to do whatever you want, later his manager convinced me telling that he will get the car for me within 2 weeks. I got a delay intimation of the car for another 4 weeks (Last week of april) by post. I waited patiently till the last week. I applied for a car loan which got rejected last week due to long delays. After sending various mails and calls to mandovi and maruthi. I again got a delay intimation for another 4 weeks (Last week of may) by email and i am damn sure that in the last week of may i will again get an extended delay intimation of 4 weeks. So i contacted deputy general manager – sales named samrat ashok and asst. Sales manager madhusudhan of mandovi motors. They told me that they are not sure whether the car is going to come and they are compelling me to take a different car. Now they are not responding me either by disconnecting or rejecting my calls.
My question is why did they take the order if they are not sure whether the car is going to come or not???
It’s a big shame on mandovi motors.
So be really carefull when you purchase a car from mandovi motors.

dear sir,
i have given my vehicle swift vxi KA08M 1781 for removing the dent on quater panel, the mandovi service persons in kolar assured me to homedeliver the vehicle in 2 days,i kept on calling the concerned people, they started daily postponing it then after listning to the stories, i decided to take the vehicle personally and visited the service station on 22/05/12 ar 9:30 am , after seeing me uday ( employee ) told that sir u please wait near the cash counter i will get the vehicle in 5 mins you can take AFTER THE CASHIER REPORTS FOR BILLING, i told ok, but IT WAS DELAYED FOR AN HOUR when i entered the service station, i was shocked to see they are changing my vehicles left head light, front bumper,mud flaps etc with some other vehicle i recorded this in my mobile phone,i opposed for changing the parts with out my consent, then they warned me ATLEAST SIR U WANT UR VEHICLE ARE NOT, THEY TRIED TO MANHANDLE ME AND MY FRIEND, then they forced me to write a satisfactory letter and sign it after that they delivered the vehicle without cleaning even the painting stains in the seat cover, i tried to complain this things to area manager but no proper response.please tell me what should i do now
should i take the media support / file a case on the service station for loss of trust in authorised service station

mandovi motors — Car servicing
If you are planning to get your Maruti Suzuki vehicle serviced from Mandovi Motors near Rajajinagar Toll Gate, please don't. All they do is wash your car and return it back after keeping it from morning to evening. For this glorious service, they charge you 6-7k. They don't even change the oil of the car. Helpful
