I have applied for personal loan in MANGLAM Group of Investment in the month of January 2019 and deposited the Rs. 20455/- as disbursal charges which is refundable. Due to some problem I have cancelled the loan. Company issue a cheque of Rs. 10000/- of dated 11.03.2020 (means after 1 year) which is not cleared due to bounced (insufficient amount) in the account of the MANGLAM Group of Investment. Now the cheque validity is expired and I am calling to him (Mr. Suraj, [protected]), there is no response from their side.

Please help me.
