Dear sir,

I am your vetarent customer of manorama tell me why book. I never complain about any issue regarding the book that i am not getting. My sub no. Tybkmeddis/[protected], expiry date 01.09.2018. My address ajay apartment, 6, central park, flat-1a, gr floor, kol-32.
This year in the month of march and may i didnot received tell me why book. 1st thing in the month of may my whole family was abroad and in the month of march we are in india but didnot received. When i call your agent the instant intra ci, mrs sustu ghoshe ([protected]) for not getting the books she reacted very rudely and desparately told me that it is not her duty to keep track because she is dealing with thousand of customer. We are sure that we nerer received those 2 books but she is telling that you have signed. We never complain this thing before but i am sure that your courier boy didnot despatch the books and show you the false signature and that thing is also supporting by madam. She fail to show us the signature.
So i request you to investigate since i never complain regarding such small things. Please send me those two book march & may 2017. We never received, never signed.
Mrs sustu ghoshe didnot understand and she behave very rudely. Next time we donot like get books from such an arogant person.
Please acknowledge the receipt of the mail and revert.

I have not got Issue of 2 month Janaury and March only issue of February and April had been posted to my home please post my issues to my home.the issues are posted alternately .the issue of electricity which has to been posted in month of march is missing.As in one year there is 12 issue I will get only 6 of the issue please post my issue to my house

Respected sir, I am a subscriber of Manorama tell me why (subscription on June 2014 for 2 years). I am sorry to say that I have not received the issue of this month(November) whereas I was getting issue by 7th-9th of each month. I am hopeful that you will take required action and resolve the problem at the earliest.

I asked for a yearly subscription to Manorama Tell Me Why in March 2015 by filling up a online form and paying Rs. 250. Payment reference ID -MMEM1560356 and Order No. MMP[protected]. It was confirmed from Tel No.[protected]. They said magazine will be send to me from April 2015 onwards. In the month of April up to 20th April I have asked them several times about the magazine . They always replied It is send on 04 April and some one told it is send on 02 April. But I have not received the magazine. Lastly I have lodged a complain to them about it. Again they have told that 22April they have send it. But I have booked it on 24th April. So I am in doubt whether at all they have send or not . If they are not sending then they should refund me.And it is requested that whether they are cheating.Fact is that I have not in receipt of that magazine till date.

Sir/madam, I am a subscriber of your tell me why [which I had subscribed for a 3 yr] I am very sorry to inform that I have [till yet] not received the magazine of this month. I called on the toll free number, corporate office, Kolkata Regional office who has been giving me many ways to solve it. But I haven't yet got a proper solution .it has been wasting my time and has been a headache since then. In spite of repeated remainders to your agent in mumbai, I dont receive my copies regularly. For the last three months I have not received the magazine. My subscription no. is onltmw08/[protected] and it expires on Jan. 2013. If you cannot deliver please refund our subscription.Hope you would do the needful as soon as possible.

MANORAMA TELL ME WHY WHICH IS A SMALL BOOK THAT HAVE SEVERAL QUESTION AND HAVE A PERFECT ANSWERS ABOUT CERTAIN ISSUES OF BOOK. EVERYMONTH THEY PUBLISH A NEW ISSUE. EARLIER THE ISSUES WERE VERY INTERESTING LIKE-MYSTRIES, DISASTERS etc. BUT THIS YEAR THE ISSUES ARE VERY BORING. THE APRIL ISSUE WHICH IS OF MAMMALS, I THINK IS A VERY BOR TOPIC. THEY MUST GIVE INTERESTING TOPICS LIKE THAT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ABOUT A PARTICULAR COUNTRY etc.

I started a yearly subscription to Manorama Tell Me Why in March 2007 by filling up a form and sending them a cheque which they have encashed. The cost was Rs. 150 per year and the cheque was for Rs. 170 to cover bank clearance charges as specified in their form. I started receiving issues of Tell Me Why magazine from April 2007 onwards. I have sent in renewal cheques again in Feb 2008 and March 2009, as per reminders and forms sent by them around January in each year; accordingly I expect my subscription to last until March 2010. However, this year I have received a renewal notice from them in October 2009 itself informing that my subscription ends with another three issues. I promptly wrote by e-mail to [protected]@mmp.quoting my subscription number and asking them to verify their records. They are now claiming that subscriptions are for the calendar year alone and always end with the December issue. I have written back that this cannot be the case since my renewal data has always been the April issue and I have received no prior intimation of any changes; also, that they should have sent me issues Jan - Mar 2007 if what they claim is correct. The subscription people are now not responding to any of my e-mails.

I want to get an assurance from the publishers that they will honour their subscription contract with me until the last issue of the current yearly subscription, namely, March 2010.

I live in a rural area where such books are hard to obtain and a yearly subscription was the only reliable method to give my child access to this resource. With their present behaviour, I do not feel like trusting them with my hard-earned money.
