I brought Flat in Marvel Citrine in Kharadi location in Aug 2014. It was purchased from an investor. Before buying the property, I have personally inquired with Marvel team regarding the completion of project & they committed the same would be completed in next 6 month. Project was initially supposed to be completed in May 2013 so I assumed it is already delayed & builder is committing to complete the project in next 6 months. Even at the site visit it was evident that project can get completed in next 6 months. So I brought the property.

Now we are in Dec 2016 & yet the project is not over.. Marvel has comfortably given the possession of the flats to all the owners without providing the basic Amenities like Drinking Water, CCTV camera, Refuge area, Gym, Children play area, proper parking.

Marvel has taken the safety of the resident very casually. 8th Floor which was supposed to be the refuge area, has been converted to residential flat & has been already sold to some one, without providing the alternate refuge area till date, despite multiple follow-ups.. If required can share the mail to verify the above details

Despite multiple follow-ups with Marvel team, project is yet not complete. Marvel is still working on the project.

It is very frustrating to stay in a society where you don't even get the basic amenities mentioned above, despite you staying in from last 2 years+.

Would not advice any one to BUY POPERTY IN MARVEL PROJECTS.. They would only commit & would not deliver.

Thinking that marvel is premium name for property, i bought a 2bhk flat in marvel azure in 2012. Just after shifting in the new flat in april 2014, i came though the problem of bathroom ceiling leakage. Water actually drips from many points and the bathroom in not in usable condition. I contacted marvel customer care for this issue may times (I should say thousand times) since than. After repeated requests, they did some patchy work last year rather than solving it properly. Dripping water problem is still there and i have to lock one of the bathroom permanently.
Recently, i called the customer care executive (Shreya) and she said that we will not do it & we have to get it done on our own. On question that than why she made us wait for so long to stay in this condition and now do not want to fulfill what is due to them.
She said that (Ye upar se aaya he) and on asking (Ye upar se kaun he) she said deepak. And gave his number ([protected]) who never picks up his call.

We are now in dilemma that what we should do now.

We came to stay at marvel Albero and the quality of construction internal house structure in just a months time all is getting off. They are not mainiating the quality like before. No priest service. Leakages, no proper kitchen fittings, worst service. If you have booked flat In marvel think once and en proceed. Marvel you are my the same as before. Get up and change the way you operate else it will turn ending up with bad mouth publicity!!

Marvel Isola at NIBM Road in Pune was constructed by Marvel Realtors and possession in the first 2 buildings (A & B) began nearly 2.5 years ago. Subsequently, Bldgs C, D, E have also been largely handed over. Since 2.5yrs, the builder has not been able to obtain MSEB power supply for individual units. The project has some 50 odd families staying in it and dependent on the project's construction power supply besides a low capacity DG that doesn't work half the time. The voltage typically doesn't exceed 150V (against the required 230V) rendering most appliances useless. Project and Facilities teams on site play games with residents who complain and keep blaming someone or the other. Marvel customer service keeps apologising and promises action, which never happens. Senior officials are unreachable. Don't touch this project with a barge pole if offered till these problems are sorted out.

I am a customer with Marvel Realtors and found they are not only cheat but harass people. At the time of booking they said possession will be given in Dec. 2012. When I went for registration they changed possession date as May 2013 without prior intimation. Now they come up with new possession date as Oct. 2013. I would like to caution those people who are willing to buy Marvel property.
