Since 4th June 2022 i have requested for account closure and transfer of shares and since today i have been chasing the Master trust team ( Arun Kumar, Chirag Solanki) but all in vain,
Now i keep getting SMS for account charges with no reason, Appreciate if you can help in closing the same as its pending for more than 8 months now and this is going in blind eyes and deaf ears ... I big pain and a mistake to open a account...

I have applied for a trading account on the date 27/04/2022. Account Opening confirmation by the Company on dated 29/04/2022 . I gave the check on 27/04/22 but it did not appear in my account till the date . Kindly note do not present a check in my account because i stop payment . I want to close my account because there is no service given to me by RM . Account not active for trading till the date.Where is my cheque tell me.So kindly close my account I don't can work with you return my check and my documents to me . RM didn't reply to whatsapp messages.

Master trust or master capital pvt limited, chandigarh is a cheater company. Before opening the account they assured me that they will make my portfolio like that it will give me attractive results in future. They looted my hard earned money of 12 lacs. I invested in marked through them and they did daily trading with my money to generate their own brokrage which resulted to zero balance in my account. They are nothing but only cheaters and misleaders. They operate through their trust worthy channels like with someones friend and very close relative. They are very strong in documentation thinhs. Please beware of these cheaters before investing anything through them. They will ensurly make your earning zero in few months time. Let us stand together against such cheaters. MASTER TRUST IS FRAUD AND CHEATING CO. I HAVE GIVEN CHEQUE OF 50000 TO THE COMPANY BUT CO HAS DONE WRONG TRADINGS AND COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE MANOJ TOLD US THAT HE HAS POWER TO DO MANIPULATION TO RECOVER MY MONEY BUT NOT HE IS ABSCONDING. Master trust is a fraud & cheating company, 2 months back i invested around 2 lakhs, within 2 months they have forefited my capital. without my confirmation they have booked & sell my shares and imposed heavey penalty and brokerage. When i asked to provide all the details they are not ready to provide me. Many customers have been victimized and lost their hard earned money....

Without my prior confirmation master trust has transacted some shares and charged huge amount of brokerage and even they have charged huge penalty. When i asked to provide all the details they upfront reject my request within 2 months they have forefited my 1 Lakh 20 thousands.

Request you to please look into this matter and stop others to work with master trust such as fraud brokerage firm.

Please beware of this company called "Master Trust", they are not giving atleast basic services which are required by traders. Employees behaviour also very bad. Dont open demat accout with them.... i am facing so much of problems with them...while opening demat account they will say no charges... once opened then they will deduct money from your account with out informing to clients... when you question them they will say bla bla charges. their software is like hell.... lots of problems with their software...... even they say zero brokerage also dont go for it....
