Your company has cheated me of Rs 10, 300 when there was never any talk of Rs 10, 000 and a boy from your company told me that we take Rs 300 for lifetime and do not take any separate charges over and above that, then they deposited Rs 10, 000 from my ID and say that they will never refund it, they are openly doing 420 in your company, how will I take action against you in court...

When I search on google for recharge company, one person name Avinash call me and explain their company plan, he told me 1st activate your I'd, Activation charge is only 50rs. After the activation every time I recharge I got 4.5%commision. I transfer 50rs to his UPI id [protected]@SBI. Then he told me recharge your wallet i recharge with 500 through the transfer of money on same UPI id. Then he call me your I'd is distributer id so your 1st wallet recharge amount is more or equal to 3500rs.
I again transfer 3000 rs. After 20 minutes in Wallet 196 rs credited. When I m calling him he is not picking.he emailing me this
Deposit = 3500
10 retailer ( 280 each ) = 2800
GST = 504
available = 196.
When I call again and again he picked call and told me You make 10 retailer and charge him/her 280 rs each.when i Told him why you are not mentioned this before I took recharge. Now he is not picking my phone

As all customers of master recharge is aware, that this company masterrecharge.co.in is only a fraud company. It is run by this single person avinash, he is owner, he is accountant, he is peon, he is marketing head and every thing. Before taking your money he speaks politely, and when you deposit big amount more than 3500 he plays a trick, deducts 2800 as member charges and 550 as gst, after whenever you call he will not pick call and if called from some other number he will say i am busy, he is only arunning a api website, and collects money by fraud means
