Plz call me [protected]

My GPS is not working since last 45 days. I have done about 50 mails. But the solution of the problem is not found.

I installed matchpoint gps in my KUV 100 on 29th June 2028. But till date (04 july 2018) its not functioning at all. I have contacted customer care executives several times, even the technical person have checked it personally two times till date but its fruitless. I tried to email through the feedback window of the app, but it rejects my emails. I am tired of calling you again and again.
Hope you people resolve it as early as possible or refund me.

I have not received any call from your side till date since your last reply on 8th August and your device is also not functioning at all ( its going to be 2 months on 29th August). So I request you to do the necessary proceedings to refund me and please you uninstall your device and take back. HDFC bank had charged Rs. 19000/- for your so called gps and If I purchase gps from other company it would cost only 4000/- to 5000/-. This is for your information.

Dear Farhad ji/ Amar ji,

I request you to plz go through my trail mails. I am continuously chasing your team from last 6-7 days but I don’t know why they are ignoring me.
My car BR-06- BJ-3092 GPS is not working at all from last 6 days and in my area theft activity is on peak.
From last week I have written 31 emails to [protected]@matchpointgps.com. And [protected]@mgps.com but nether on toll free number nor on whatsup Chat and not even on 31 emails done by me ;no one responded.
This is complete unacceptable and pathetic service which I have never expected from a brand like Matchpoint.
People have shown highly unprofessional attitude and after so many requests and soft reminders over emails they are still rigid to ignored me.

I am harassed totally and very fed up with the service for which I have paid 22000.
I again request you to please look into this at priority and kindly arrange me a technician and a call back on my mobile number [protected].

Mr Farhad/ Mr Amar- I believe that you people are most senior authority of this company and will really solve my issue by tomorrow itself.

If this will be done by you I would be highly appreciative towards this.. looking positive revert from you soon..
