My Matchpoint GPS Tracker was not working from 24days and showing as "Waiting for Network to Restore" in Mobile Application. I tried reaching out to Matchpoint GPS Customer Care and Watsapp number provided. Nobody responding from their team as of now. I request Matchpoint Team to resolve the issue......

मैने 7-8 bar कस्टमर केअर को कॉल किये कोई रिप्लाय नही,

5 साल का मेरा पैसा लिया,
और अभि सिर्फ 3 साल...

My matchpoint gps tracker of car no. HR08AA6960 is not working....

I installed matchpoint gps in my Hyundai Verna 2017. But till date (04 july 2018) its not functioning at all. I have contacted customer care executives several times but its fruitless. I tried to email through the feedback window of the app, but it rejects my emails. I am tired of calling you again and again.
Hope you people resolve it as early as possible or refund me.

Dear Sir,
I am using Matchpoint gps system on my car last four years and was good too. But recently nothing is working and failing to do any activity with the application installed and replaced many times. Many times called your customer care number and calls are immediately disconecting after first ring and getting a message of will get back with in 6 hours. Now my inbox is full with same messages like this.

I have installed match point GPS in my CAR tiago and now my car's music system is dead and as per company, it happened due to GPS system.I did complaint but there is no feedback.i am facing this issue from last 3 month and no feedback received from matchpoint side and always they are asking about issue but no solution till now.
As per TATA motors it is related to GPS system power rating issue....
