Hello All,
Please never ever choose to go with Matrimony Photography.

i have hired matrimony photography for my wedding and till today they gave the photos nor the album.

1. They took the complete payment.
2. Complete photos hard copy not received yet
3. No follow up till today
4. They haven't gave video footage yet
5. The executive numbers they gave, all the numbers dnt work anymore.
6. Customer care sucks, they never ever connect your call to the agent

Please help me out

Worst!!! Worst!!! Worst!!! Worst!!!

Worst service. Not only in service the way they response their design their quality their duration their approach everything. I received the album almost 3 moth late. That i pushed them to finish. I called them every day to ask about the work. As usual they will say some silly reason. You won’t believe i called them more than 100 times.

Their motive is money not customer satisfaction. First they will collect money then they will show their attitude. They do come behind you till you take service after they collect money you will go behind them.

Really not worth. Even not worth for 20000 rs. They are not professional photo and videographer. They will connect with third parties not their workers. People those who are seeing my albums first they will say very worst quality and design are very very poor like old design. I returned that album they said can’t do anything after that i said you plz return album. I’m really fed up. Ok let me tell you my exp.

They took my order and promised they will do well. At the time they meet me they asked me to register 500 rs. You will pay after they brain washed you. So their business has started. After that you pay advance bcoz you paid 500 register fee.
Function has started. Photography started their work only after u start from temple not before that. Then they will take photo only in stage that’s it their work. They won’t take pic
As candid type, while people talking and different style. Reception over. Next day morning marriage. They came late they missed nalangu, pooja work at all. They told they slept that’s y came late. Valid reason know. Their work over. After a week they called me to transfer some amount then only they will give you sample pics to select. You know what they told unlimited photos but they will take only limited pic. I took 400 pic package but they took pic only 545 pics that too they took 2 or 3 clicks at same time. So you just image if they take 2 or 3 repeated pic you can choose only 250 or 300 pic you can’t choose 400 pic. Even i can choose maximum 360 pics after that i can’t choose. Remaining pic they took pic video clip which is very poor quality.

They called me and received my fees. That’s it. After that i started to call them every day. They very slow their work.

Finally most irresponsible person is

5. Ravi (Manager) very worst person in matrimony photography. He won’t pick your call but he will say i’ll tc i’ll tc. He won’t do favour.

Fiends what i mentioned is absolutely true. If you don’t believe just mail me [protected]@gmail.com i have all proof i’m ready to show you.

I already warned them if you don’t give good service you will face problem but they don’t bother about this as it is big concern.

Plz don’t consider positive reviews. It’s just marketing. Plz ask people who took the service from matrimony photography.

Marriage is once in a life do it in right way not with this bad service. You people understood by seeing this complaint how much i fed up of this.

It’s better to take service from some other local shop. Seriously they much better than matrimony photography. I gave another album of my sis marriage which is took service from local studio and asked to compare with that. They said can’t better than this and they agreed they can’t do.

Lot of complains with matrimony photography but i don’t have time to type deeply.

Plz don’t take photography service from here. Better u try some other local shop instead of this.

I had a very bad experience with Bharat matrimony Photography. It’s my worst decision in my life that I had given my sister’s marriage
photography to this matrimony team. Let me brief all the stories.. I am giving all proper names here so that you all not cheated again by the same persons.

My sister marriage has happened on Aug 17., 2017 Today is Dec 19, 2017 and still we have not received the Photo albums yet. Not even the design is completed. They initially promised me that maximum 15 days only they will take from their side.

The relationship manager named Ashbin Haneefa who I suppose he is working in Ernakulam Centre.He came to my home and showed the best ever designed album to convince me. I got impressed with the creativity of the album and the work that they were doing. My big mistake I believed them.

Later on marriage day, I realized photography is not upto the mark. As a photographer, I know what is the creativity of a photo.
Except few photos on bride side, rest of them are just the normal photos. After getting the RAW copy of the album I got shocked.

I also had another problem like, groom like photographers asked extra payment 1500 for the transportation. I really got frustrated because I was told that there is no extra payment needed other than 64000. I clearly asked about transportation as well, their reply was no need to pay.

When I complaint about that album issue, they said ( they means many girls who simply working there without any responsibility).
Anjali, Aswathy( the worst relationship manager I ever managed in ), Neethu, Vidya(only she was at least good among all).

I never had a single point of contact. Always girls used to call only for payment details. Paying was like in installments as planned.
Also I do not understand why always they change the relationship managers.

I got the first album review on, Nov 6 2017 and I got shocked after seeing. The worst design I have ever seen in my life. The design is not even worth 200o or 300 Rs.. All I paid was 64, 000 to this disaster.

It was designed someone named “Moni”, the world best designer they are keeping. He can’t even read my english review comments when I shouted at him. The fonts are like with Zoom Binocular also, you can’t see.

He does not even know how to create an collage with multiple photos.When I complaint about this first preview, here comes the second preview. No much changes. I called this guy, and he asking me the ways to design. I reported that I need a new designer and I also send many basic template details from pinkest and all given some links.Someone named “Somy Thomas” came into the picture and he replied that we are working on it.

I realized here is a limit to shouting and I started emailing. No one even gave proper reply to me till the date. Atleast someone should respond to my emails. I got this escalated to someone named Joseph. He is the only one person who actually was willing to listen to me.

Somehow they replied that they arranged a new designer, after I was continuously shouting to Aswathy, the worst customer service girl I ever interacted in my life. Work with no responsibilities, thats her moto, and more interestingly today(dec 15 ) when I asked about the updates about the album, her reply was more interesting. “ I have resigned”. Seriously What the heck it is.

I later got a call from Sony Thomas and he is still claiming that Modi is the good designer and I should not complaint against him. He also said they all are really responsible and I should not complain. Always he was keep on talking and was not allowing me to talk. I got angry and finally I said I will wait for the third review. He was keep on telling he called me taking this responsiblity. How funny, Isn’t it?
Just because I was shouting to the core, and then only he called me.What a responsibility!..

I was asking him why he did not reply to any of my complaints, and his reply was he was not in office for long time. What a convincing reply.

Third review received and it looks further bad than previous design. I am sure It was done by previous designer.

Now I am in a position, like what to do. Should I call a quotation gang to their office and ask for the full refund plus the compensation for all the pains I have faced. So that I can at least give this album design some other known guys even if it is extra paid.

I am looking for a full refund of 64 k paid and plus the money I am going to give to the new designers.

They are the biggest frauds roaming in market. Cheating people by showing jazzy albums n video footage at wedding cards shop. But the final outcome is zero. Videos are useless n hav combined wedding n all functions into jus one cd.. Very irresponsible team... It's almost 10 months now but no cd or album received.. Absolutely useless people, plz never fall a pray to it...

One of the executive from matrimony came to me and we had a deal for my wedding photography for which i have an invoice, they assured they will provide two marriage albums of 50 sheet and a engagement album for 20 sheet before the marriage, but now when the time has come to give the albums they are denying it by saying the employee who promised me is no longer the part of his company and they do not have it in their invoice which is unacceptable, they cannot just play with customer feelings when it comes to the wedding memories.

My marriage held on Jun 2015. But till today I haven't received my video files. The photo editing work done was very worst. I dunno what amirtha, basheer, srikanth, balaji are doing these people are so called the senior management team in the company ( fit for nothing guys ) I booked the photographers for 3 days but I dunno where they went the last day. I missed some of my great moments last day. Please people don't ever trust this company this is my real experience what I wrote...
