I am writing to you with regards to an incident that occurred this morning, which we would like to bring to public attention, and that of the concerned authorities. We have been facing several issues caused by a builder who has since some time now resorted to harassing us intentionally. We have been complaining to the Police and BMC for a long time, and this is the behaviour we face. (PFA)

Myself Harshal Kantale had applied for passport verification on 1st July 2014 and documents from passport office had been sent to matunga police station. I personally have submitted all my documents at matunga police station and physical verification is done but the authorities haven't forwarded the documents or the verification report to passport office and the status on the website is still " physical verification pending at matunga police...
