Pathetic Service and assistance
Hi,
I want to lodge a complaint against Max hospital dehradun regarding their patient handling and way of treating their assistants. I went to get my father checked this morninvwho was on an oxygen support. There he required more.oxygen which I bought from the OPD, room no.3012. Firstly there was no assistance given to me to carry the cylinder, the staff said you have to do it your self. First cylinder was finished and returned and then I got a second cylinder issued which was even bigger in size and I had to carry it all along with out any assistance from room 3012 to the pulmonary department which is pathetic again..no one was there for assistance. While leaving from hospital, one of the staff who was helping my father to get to the ambulance told that you can leave the cylinder here, we will take care of it and return it to 3012. Now I get a very rude call from the hospital allegating me with lost cylinder which is again a horrible experience as a customer. Hospital like Max has such sub standard performance. I never expected that. That's a big shame.

Coordinator is not coordinating well.
My mother is undergoing treatment at Maxx Hospital. I have an appointment with the doctor at 11 am but the coordinator told me that your appointment will be at 1 pm. Why does this happen why didn't he tell me before reaching the hospital?? I also have an emergency meeting with my client.
I need answers to the above questions as soon as possible.
Coordinator of neurosurgery is Reenu.
Here no one is ready to give any instructions about complaint desk.

Security guards behavior

I was siting in a chair waiting outside of micu for my mom who was getting plasma transfusion when a new guard came and started to fight with me and talk to me in a disgusting manner. I have video to proov my matter.

Pt ka attendent unse milne k liye gicu ja rha tha or dusra attendent doctor se milne opd but scanning k liye khde hua staff n misbehave kiya.. in logo ko tamij nhi h lt se kaise bat ki jati h...
Jo bhi person bahar se ata h usko ye phle dekhkar judge krte h uska status uske bad agar wo dikhne m tgda h tb alag trike se bat krenge or agar koi gao se aya h to usko tamij se bat nhi krenge...

Complaint about security guard ms.dipika

I want to complaint about the security guard, i have came to see my grandfather mr rampal singh who is admited in max hospitl dehradun at gicu..we have tow person has to go in..one for visting the the patient and nother is for consultation about the patient but the security guard named ms deepika has done rude behaviour..she actually dont have manners that even how to deal with patient attendent.totally desappointed by this type of miss behave she has done with us.

Hi, this is remesh here and my father name is kunwar singh and he is hospitalized for last 2 months back.. They sloved there problem form back pain and the doctors give him a wrong injection now a days he have lots of pain in his leg and the leg is not working properly.. And the doctors and the hospitals dont take any action on this and they make good budgets..

My son and wife visited Max Hospital, Dehradun on 13th – 09 – 2015 at 8.10 AM. Both were suffering from dengue fever with very low plate count .
Details of Patients :
1. Arush P. Singh Age – 10 Years
2. Rachna Singh – 35 Years
We were entertained by emergency staff. After 10 minutes a staff came to us with following statement :
1. Your patients are serious and they need immediate hospitalization but we do not have beds in ICU.
2. After making a request he said, you move fast your patients may fatal
3. I requested him many times but he denied at all
Now my questions to the Max Administration are :
1. What is your policy to admit the patients ?
2. What was the status of the bed in ICU on 13th – 09 – 2015 at 8:10 AM
3. Was it a single option to treat the dengue patients in ICU only ?
4. Name of the Doctor in charge inn emergency on 13th – 09 – 2015 at 8:10 AM
I need the details answers of these question within specified time .
