Dear sir my order is let and my order cancal

The company has not refunded my money from the past 15 days . If I do not receive my money back then I will take legal action in your website .
I have called your customer care number a thousand times and I don't have a single response . I am going to file a complaint against you if I do not get a refund now in my account

Sir I have been placed an online order no #366952 with maxbhi. Com for touch screen digitizer of Micromax A310 but they delivered touch screen digitizer of Micromax A311 which is written on the product packing by the company on 22 Oct 16. On same day I have been approached to maxbhi. Com through call and email for wrong product delivery but no satisfactory response given by the maxbhi. Com representatives. The product is not as per my placed order so I want to return back the product and legal action against maxbhi. Com . Please do needful. Thanks
