This is to inform you that I have sent 2 Boras on 02.08.2016, Destination: Bangalore from Kolkata.DWB No:[protected]. I am unable to get any response from either your Bangalore office or from the Kolkata office.

Please take a note on this issue very seriously else I will have to take Legal Action.
