Stray Dogs Menace
I would like to report stray dogs menace in IFFCO Colony, Sector 17B, Gurgaon.
There are so many stray dogs in the colony and they chase and bite passerby and kids playing and cycling in the colony.
Kindly assist to get rid of them and solve our problem.

Dry waste removal
Sushant lok 1, block c is full of greenery. Its autumn time and trees are shedding leaves regularly. But the waste is not collected by anyone. Sometimes its even 10 days and waste is lying there on the road and in front of the houses. When the sweepers come to collect the waste they asl for money to collect the waste regularly. This is just not done

Hi sir,
This is regarding stray dog menace in Sector 55, Gurgaon (Near HUDA plot no: 18). I recently narrowly escaped an attack by 3 street dogs near my house (House no: 18). The dogs are getting aggressive by the day and attacking the passers in night. Apparently, there have been more than 10 cases of dog bite, and the situation is extremely threatening when alone.
Kindly look into the matter and relocate the dogs.

Safari not done on regular basis
Dear there,
I am raising one serious issue related to safai.
There is no safai done in sector 4 since September mid. Even there is no safai once in month because of which garbage is lying on the road and which may further increase dengue. We have raised this issue with local Parshad (Seema Pahuja) but no solution.
I would request to send the safai worker regularly and I clean the roads so that we citizen could live in clean environment.

Even after repeated complaints of stary dog menance, MCG did not take the necessary action, as a result of which my the than 6 yr old boy was badly bitten by stray dog. This is third such incident in society in last 5 months.
Had filed a police complaint against MCG in Sadar Thaana on 1st June 2021 but even police did not act on my complaint (Complaint no 829-5P, dated 1/06/2021)...

Inflated Water Bill
On May 2021, I received a Water Bill No GURGOAN_VIX15625, dated[protected] for Rs. 15158.00, for the period 10.01.2019 to 30.04.2021, ie for 28 months. The amount was duly paid.
On September 2021, I received another Water Bill No. 131511BHUPEE27512, dated 14.09.2021. for Rs 18888.00 for the period 01.05.2021 to 31.08.2021 ie for 3 months. The amount is highly inflated. Could you please look into it. Thank you.

I am naresh Yadav & residing in H.no. 1846, sector-46 Gurgaon. Actually facing issue of water logging in front of my house. It stands for a week after every rains, because the drainage system is totally blocked. Need to clean the catch pit, so that water can drain.
Our leaving condition is very bad, feeling like, we are leaving at bank of ganda nala. so arrange to take a immediate action.

Leaking main water pipe block b south city 1

The main water pipe running along the Service Road of Block 'B' SOUTH CITY-1 which runs parallel to the main Sector Road is leaking profusely for well over a month now. This leak is situated near the entrance to Lane 5.
Complaints by other residents in the past have gone unheeded.
The leak is so serious now that it is dangerous for vehicles to pass that stretch.

Trimming of overgrown tree over our resident .

There is a problem that I would like to bring to your attention.
There is a very old tree just in front of the above said address and it's branches have grown very long and heavy and has starting to fall on the electric household wires, which would turn out to be very risky.

Drugs not filled up, can lead to loss of life in this season

In sector 46 potholes were been made to put seaver lines. Pot holes were made more that I month back, seaver lines were laid 20 days back but pot holes were never fill. Neither the area along was cleared.
This brings threat of life as in the rain pot holes are filled with water and anyone can get hurt.
With the dirt around this brings threat from malaria and other diseases.
Requesting for a prompt action.

Dangerous Big Hole on Road
There is a pipeline work by DHBVN electricity board is going on in Southcity 2, sector 50, gurgaon. Today 4 march 2021, I got hurt badly by falling in the open pit hole outside South Patio club in Soutcity 2, sector 50, Gurgaon. This could have result in major injury or my death. Please check the pictures enclosed

We have 3 dogs on our street. One of them have given 5 more puppies.
They have bitten 4 people in one week.
Because of them one biker feel and got hurt as they were chasing him.
They are not vaccinated also.
Please help

Rejection of 'proprrty name change' application
I had applied on Nov29, 2020 for the change of name in property vide application no [protected] after paying property tax and the fee. On checking the status after around three weeks, it showed as lying with concerned clerk since 4th of Dec, 2020. I sent an email to the concerned officer (GT4) after a month of the date of my application. While rechecking the status on Dec 31, 2020, it showed that the application has been forwarded to o GT4 with recommendation of approval but at the same time the status showed as Rejected without assigning any reason for the rejection. Pl clarify the reason of rejection in writing enabling me to take further action. Regards

Illegal construction and land encroachment

Their has been an illegal construction of floor(first floor balcony extension) and extending towards our house and entering into our premises and illegally encroaching against the norms of HSVP (HUDA).
This is an illegal construction towards our boundary walls and extending their floor by increasing their balcony and making it to an extended tiled floor and ruining neighbours privacy and throughout construction causing noise pollution and disturbances harassing neighbours. They have also built an illegal bathroom on their floor which is also against the HUDA construction norms. Kindly see to this illegal construction and encroachment.

There are 8-10 monkeys in huda plot area of sector 56. They are agressive and attacked everyone. Stepping outside on terrace and balcony is risky. They torn the clothes, damage plants, attack pedestrian.
They live in park area meant for residents. Kids cannot go to park.
They were living here for more than a year. They become more aggressive during lockdown days because everyone were in their homes and they were roaming freely in all public places, roads, park.
Please take immediate action. It is very serious situation here in HUDA plots, sector 56, Gurgaon.

garbage collection delay

The garbage collection in sector 46 gurgaon is not taken care of on regular basis. Been 3 days it has been lying outside.. And it's a regular practice even after complaining multiple times to just about everyone. The guy who comes to pick up the garbage says that wherever his supervisor ask them to pick up from, they do.. Rest they leave apparently which can go on for days.

This is to remind you about our complaint no374770 dated[protected];It is reiterated that the problem of chocked sewer line and filled Manholes in front of our house may be solved urgently without delay and till that time, the Manhole in front of our house should be got drained every day to avoid foul water percolating in the basement and even at our entrance.
Please note the Sewage Gutter is Not working in H-Block Palam Vihar adjoining House No. 476 at Plot No 506, 507 to 510 and even House of Mr. Roop Chand of Choma village and having unauthorised encroachments and blocking of NALA and water flow. Even sand has been filled in NALA to use it as unauthorised parking of Three Wheelers o[censored]nverified Tenants illegally.
This is resulting in reverse flow of Sewage-Sludge to wards our House No.-477 opposite the above mentioned houses.
It is a living problem, Hygene Problem and can be Viruses problem.
There is no flow of Water Sewage from these plots which lock Jams the area resulting in Back fire and reverse flow of Sewage-Sludge towards our house/basement etc.
This is a Cronic problem and no body is attending to resolve the smooth working of Sewage System-Reverse flow of Water and Gutter outflow in reverse directions to our pipes on te opposite direction.
We have been paying all the Property Taxes etc.
Please treat the matter as urgent and desigmate your officials to resolve our complaint no 374770 dated[protected].

We see lots of suspicious people on the street every now and then. I loggeda complaint on september for repairing a street light but no one is taking action on that request. Your je's phone is not responding everytime and line man (Gajender singh) is not...

2. Although, i've received a few calls inquiring about the status of complaint, but nothing has been done even after a month of filing complaint.
