I and my mother were attacked by same mad pig in two consecutive days. It took bites on my leg and hip too. I got bleeding i immediately went to doctor and he suggested rabisen injection after injecting tt. Residents of our street are in panic as this pig has already hurted 4, 5 people. There is great menace for kids. Please mcg do something to get rid off this mad animal. H. No. 232, gali no 3, west rajiv nagar. Behind tiranga building, near aaina vatika.

This to bring in your kind notice that galleon of water waste in every park of sector at gurgaon. When i go for a morning work i come across 2 to 3 park daily were water supply is limitless and water should be pour only to plants and trees but it not happen so. I dnt know you people are worried for next generation or not but i worry a lot. So plz find solutions for this otherwise it will be very delay

This is regarding stray dog menace and monkey menace in kendriya vihar Sector 56.My husband recently narrowly escaped an attack by a pack of stray dogs in our society. Not only he but there are hundred of cases in my society and monkey menace is also on peak, today some senior citizen was doing morning walk ...three monkey attacked on her and bite her she was bleeding in her foot .we feeling very unsafe while going out of houses with our kids
Please remove these stary dogs and make our society monkey free as soon as possible so that locality will be safe for living...

In front of h. No-1846 sector -46 gurgaon, water is logging at about 2 feet since last 3 days due to rain, as its catch pit cover is damaged & pipe is totally blocked. So water drainage system is totally failed. Whole street is passing through water only.

Request you to kindly have a look & do needful, otherwise water penetrate in road & led to damage.

This is bing to your kind notice that In PALAM VIHAR, GURGAON H.No -1477-78A wasting water daily by cleaning full house and throwing the water on road. Due to this water roads are also damaged and there are big potholes. Every time when someone asked them not to wake water they have a big fight. There was also a police complaint buy no action has been taken.
Please look in to the matter.

Garbage collector is asking four times money on top of we monthly pay to the garbage contractor. And now when we ask for reason they have stopped collecting the garbage. Please help here.

Even now they have stopped coming and even just going to homes agreed to pay that four times amount. They talk rudely and don't listen to any one. Even contractor is also not listening even after so many complaints. They say kuda uthwana hein to paisa to dena padega jo hum mange nhi to hum nhi uthanynge.

Im ram autar rohilla resident of 404/43, near shiv mandir bhimgarh kheri gurugram, facing acute water crisis. For last one month supply of water is not reaching to our street. Normally supply is made twice a day either sufficient water is not released or may be completely used by other consumers in the way resulting our taps remain dry.

This is our old problem but the condition worsen from last one month and the current situation is that last supply we received on 25.05.2018 at mid night.

A group of 15-17 people from our locality gave a representation to councilor ward no. 10 on 20.05.2018 and several telephonic complaints were made before and after submission of our representation.

Our problem of non supply of water was brought into the knowledge chief engg., sdo, ae and je on 25.05.2018 and luckily that night at midnight we got the supply though it was also very poor.

After that i made several messages and telephonic discussion with je and councilor but in vain.

In short it is matter of great concern that we are deprived from this most common and essential item of life in this record breaking summer.

Immediate steps may kindly be taken to resolve the issue at the earliest.

The sewer main line is blocked, due to which the water is backing up and coming out on my house back yard and create panic situation for me & my family.

This is regarding stray dog menace in a-block, palam vihar. I recently narrowly escaped an attack by a pack of stray dogs in our area. Each street having atleast 10 stray dogs and no one is taking care of that. Stary dogs increasing troubles for residents. They attack people, create huge noise in night and take garbage out of houses and throw on roads. Please remove these stary dogs so that locality will be safe for living.

SUBJECT: SEEPAGE FROM THE DEFECTIVE SEWER LINE/SEPTIC TANK AND GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES IN NOT ATTENDING TO THE REPEATED COMPLAINTS LEADING TO IRREPARABLE LOSS AND INJURY TO THE PROPERTY BESIDES LIKELY TO CAUSE GRAVE RISK TO LIFE AND PROPERTY i.e. GANGA APARTMENTS, OPPOSITE HARYANA ROADWAYS WORKSHOP, SHEETLA MATA ROAD, GURUGRAM

This is in further reference to the earlier repeated visits and oral complaints and subsequent written complaints bearing Numbers[protected] and[protected] dated 02.01.2017 &[protected] dated 08.01.2018 made by the Complainants i.e. Randhir Singh Kamboj, President of Ganga Apartments Residents welfare Association (M) [protected], Mr. SS Yadav (Advocate) (M) [protected] and also R/O Ganga Apartments, Opposite Haryana Roadways Workshop, Sheetla Mata Road, Gurugram and Tilak Raj Arora Owner in possession of the basement of the above referred Ganga Apartments and R/O 1603, Sector 4, Gurugram (M) [protected]. That as there was no response from your end, the complainants were compelled to issue a legal notice dated 02.01.2017 through their counsel Mr. Arun Gaur.
In this connection, we are pained to inform you as under:

1. That there has neither been any response to the said complaints and also the legal notice referred above. The basement of the building Ganga apartments is continuously being filled with the continued seepage from the defective sewer line passing at the back of Ganga apartments and the applicant Tilak Raj Arora has been spending huge amount of money to deploy manpower, equipment, transport and machinery to regularly drain out the filth pouring in from the said defective sewer line/septic tank required to be maintained by the municipal corporation.
2. It is reiterated that despite repeated complaints and regular follow up over telephone and also through personal visits, by the complainants and also the other residents of Ganga Apartments (including this on line complaint of date), about the continued seepage of effluent filth and waste water from the defective septic tank/sewer line located adjoining the rear side of the above referred building i.e. Ganga Apartments and which is being used to drain out the waste and excretion of the inhabitants of the Prem Nagar colony, Opposite Ajit Cinema, Gurugram. But the concerned officials have little concern to set right the evil hazard and are rather more interested in making easy money every time they are called to attend the problem of seepage resulting in collection of the filth and regular stinking seepage from the sewer line throughout the year. That we are forced to pay a sum of over Rs.2, 000/- unnecessarily for no fault of ours, every time a complaint is made in the matter to the concerned officials of your department. In this manner we have incurred more than Rs.1, 50, 000/- for saving ourselves from the mess and hell being so created to blackmail and extort money from the innocent residents. Further, your representatives including the concerned JEs have been avoiding to take the onus and the concerned JE responsible for Sewer related grievances asks to contact the one responsible for rainwater drainage and vice versa.

2. You will kindly appreciate that the same is not only causing public nuisance as the stink emanating from the said seepage of waste and effluents is beyond tolerance and has made the life of the inhabitants miserable but is also hazardous to life and property including rampant mosquito breeding, weakening the base of the building and due to which the entire building may cave in to cause irreparable loss of life and property.

3. That having been left with no other option, we are again approaching your good self directly with the hope that you will be kind enough to appreciate the problem and the inherent risks involved and to save us from being made to incur further losses on account of repeated cleaning and draining/pumping out the filth, waste and hazardous effluents from time to time). Further, the residents have also already suffered loss to the tune of over several lacs due to weakening of the base and structure of the entire building due to the above lack luster approach of the department/corporation.

4. That in view of the emergent threat to life and property, it is requested to take immediate steps to get the septic tank and sewer line repaired/replaced and to take further steps including every day regular pumping out of the waste/effluents to be drained out till such time a permanent solution is not reached. Please note that in the event of failure to provide the desired remedy immediately, we shall be bound to take legal recourse which shall be solely at your own risk, costs and consequences.

In sector 10, gurgaon, behind nk rubber factory near h no 646 & 665 near ekta park, there are number of stray dogs. These have created bite risks. They start barking during night hours leading to big disturbance to residents specially to kids and children and old age persons. Local bodies mcg is requested to catch the stray dogs immediately from the above said locality.

Hello there

There has been a significant fresh water leak in front of our house for the last 2 months at 2 different sites.

No action has been taken for our previous 2 telephonic complaints. Water gets collected in front of our house causing a lot of inconvenience to us, neighbours and road users. This water stagnation has also caused mosquito rise and potential diseases.

Where there is water scarcity all around, this fresh water is being wasted in thousands of litres over the last 2 months.

Kindly look into this as a priority.

Many Earthen potters have encroached the footpath from Ansal"S Sushant Estate, sec 52, Gurgaon to PARAS red light . Pedestrians face much difficulty to use footpath. They cook there, sleep there, bath there and do toilet there.It is 7 feet footpath and they have occupied all the area.They have created a filth in the area . My suggestion is to shift them immediately to another place.
Anytime an accident can occur because pedestrians have to walk on road due to encroachment on footpath. More if you want to make Gurgaon a smart city, it can not be achieved unless you make it clean. They should be removed immediately.

Many complaints have been made about overflowing of water and clogging of drainages in MCG . Yet No initiative till now has been taken regarding the same.
Overflowing of water results in clogging of drains..
In Sector 39, Jharsa the whole sewage system is not proper.
The roads are also not maintained.
So fix it as soon as possible.
It causes trouble to common people.

I am a resident of N block in palam vihar extension (near om vihar and sec23a extn), Gurgaon.
For past few months we are facing a lot of trouble due to an illegal cowshed constructed in the open field in front of our house. All cows of that cowshed are left free in the evening to defecate and urinate everywhere in our area which is causing a very bad smell and filth . Insects are breeding very rapidly due to this. We can not even walk freely in our street due to the defecation done by these cows.
As it is raining season, so water is getting clogged which alongwith all the cowdung is creating mess and health issues.
Moreover, this place has become a favorite spot for pigs. There are around 30-40 pigs which adds to this nuisance.

Hence I request you to please help us in getting rid of this problem to provide us better living environment.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have been trying to register my pets as per your requirement for over a year now. I have been visiting various municipal offices as I was advised ever since but without any result or helpful guidance. None of the offices I visited personally including your own office, was aware as to where the pet registration office is located. Someone in your office advised me to see the Chief medical officer in Sector 31. I met him also. But he too appeared clueless about it and advised me to go back to the main municipal office opposite the Civil hospital - Back to square one!
can you intervene.
