Heavy Bills Charged in Lockdown

Dear Sir,

Our room was closed from lockdown for nearly 10 months but still you have charged the below amount. It is not acceptable . Kindly relook & give the revised bill . Also the bill raised in the month of Jan'2021 & again in Feb'2021 is the same but the amount is added Also it is very high. Kindly revise the bills accordingly so that we can pay the amount.

1) Regarding removal of juice vendor from footpath of dadasaheb phalke road, dadar east, mumbai 14 & illegal use of BEST residential connection for commercial use. selling of eatables on roads/footpaths is prohibited and the person doing so is punishable.

2) Removal of display being put on by stalls on the foorpath of dadasaheb phalke road, dadar east, mumbai 14.
