Non receipt of Covid 19 expenses incurred
Reg MDI6498509, I have not got the reimbursement till today. Reason they are giving is disease not covered under OPD/Domiciallary treatment. I want to know if Covid 19 is not covered then what is the use of policy.

Of which only 1 surgery amount has been reimbursed.
I am a senior citizen -76 years old - i request you to complete my reimbursement in full and final settlement at earliest.

wrong cashless claim deduction mdi4822915
Visit charges 1300/-
Mrd/reg/med attendence 1300/-
Good evening sir, today i send a cash less claim for approval but i have received approval letter with above wrong deductions.
1) due to saviour infection the hospital has call a professional infection specialist and the specialist charges is 1500/- the above charges is elegible for payment
2) mrd, reg, med attendance is the routine procedure of hospital a doctor can not attend patients medical call, med, reg ect hence the above charges1300/- is elegible for payment
Plz accept my request and give the above amount to reimburse me. I paid this amount to hospital in cash today

Sir,
This is to inform you that, we have submitted all the claim related documents to the mdindia office in the month of december 2017, that the amount of claim is not yet credited by us. The required query was submitted in the month of january. The claim amount has not been credited yet. Kindly look into the matter and reimburse the amount as soon as possible. The documents have been submitted to the mdindia office nagpur, however the representatives there have failed to explain the delay in the process. Therefore look into the matter as urgently as possible.

The retd employee died on 31/07/2020 and we have applied for insurance on his wife name S Hameeda Banu as per national Insurance company regulations but to our surprise a card is generated in the name of Late Shake Fakruddin, Please we request you to effect necessary changes and issue the proper card with intimation to us.

Intentional delay in settlement of mediclaim

I initiated claim as procedure laid by MD India on 13 12 2015, i have followed all the guidelines issued by MD India customer care and as they informed earlier i have to opt Non Cashless as there was no listed hospital for eye care at Alibag. I send them all documents by courier which were reached them on 18 12 2015 as per POD of Courier Company It was expected that claim should get settled in 7 days. When I checked online I observed that status of my claim was not changing further it was informed me that documents received on 21 12 15 by SMS hence I initially contacted to customer care of MD India on 06 01 2016 In response Mr Atul Thorat Customer Support Team responded and informed me that claim will settled in 7 days I waited and again checked the claim status but status was not changed hence i again contacted on 17 01 2016 in response Mr Thorat again informed allow us some more time Now it is more than a one and half month my claim is showing same status and no progress I also contacted MD India on whatsapp but same answer I have got
It is intentional delay from MD India side as I have already paid the hospital charges and all payables further they are manipulating information as per their convenience No one is responding in proper way and providing detailed updates and not settling my claim.

Non settlement of claim

I AM FACING THE PROBLEM WITH MD INDIA
1. A claim was filed under the above policy on 17th Nov, 2011.
2. We received a query on the claim on 1st Dec-2012 wherein certain supporting documents were required to be submitted, for which I had taken extension of 3 months which was consider by Dr Ashutosh Shukla [Md India-Bhopal ].
3. I submitted the required supporting documents in May 2012.
4. Then Md INDIA Required last 4 yrs Policy Scanned Copy send .
5. After receving that, I again received a letter on 13.06.2012 which stated that the claim is not payable under clause no 4.4.11 .
You may please note that after 7 months of lodgment of claim, we are receiving a letter saying that the claim is not payable and in between we did not receive even a single communication from you which could have intimated us that there was a problem with the claim that we have lodged. Needless to say this is not at all justifiable.
I sincerely appeal to you MD India to stop this harassment tactic and to kindly reconsider its decision and approve the Claim amount of Rs.24750/- which I truly deserve

Health insurance claim rejection and then dilly-dally
My parents are medi-claim card holders and their policy is administered by MD India. Both my
parents are covered in that policy with an annual limit of 2 lakhs each, for hospitalization. My mother, Geeta Banerjee (Min #:2500548)
had a cataract surgery on 26th of May. We submitted the claims on 29th May with all documents. We had also
made a prior intimation to their Bangalore office 2 days before the surgery and they had assured that my
claims would be quickly processed after the surgery.
The policy manual clearly states that in case of cataract surgery with no overnight hospitalization, the claim will
still be considered as a hospitalization claim.
In any case, at first MD India summarily rejected the claim.
Thereafter we sent them scanned copies of the manual and told them to honour the claim. But in spite of
our attempts to make them see reason, they have till now maintained that this is an OPD claim. Approximately 3 weeks
have passed since we have started to talk with them but with no results.
I am absolutely sure that this claim is completely valid and justified according to my parents' policy guidelines.
I would request them to honour my mother's claim and if they donot, then give sufficent reason for that.

Claim was repudiated due to delay in intimation of claim & delay in submission

Dear Sir,
I Have taken Madiclaim policy from UIIC. I Was admitted in hospital on 14/02/11 at pune & I immediately give intimation to TPA MD india, Pune on telephone. But that time my policy was not registerd with MD so that customer care of MD gave me XL Sheet no & not CC No. After discharge, I have submitted claim papers on 9/3/2011 to UIIC Br Barshi & they Immediately forward to MD India.They have received the same on 11/3/11. Then MD India raised query about delay in intimation & in submission of claim. Again UIIC Br barshi gave clarification & letter for reconsidaration of claim to MD India. But till date, I have not received any response from MD India & UIIC.
Please look into matter and give some solution so that at least i can get claim settlement amount.

My above claim is rejected as per clause1.1.,
but I would request you to refer clause No: 3.8., applying the benifits of this clause my claim should be settled.
Kindly settle at an early date.
