I have bought pc cabinet from mdcomputers.in on 18/03/2022 and received on 24/03/2022 and problem not resolved yet i.e 29/04/2022
But i have received defective item.The LED strip is not working they asked many videos and photos of my cabinet serial number to claim warranty.
They have arranged a replacement part of that LED strip but it is also not working now again they are saying make a video and we will ask brand assistance.

Instead of giving of total replacement they are doing this nonsense things even they don’t know how to replace that LED strip and they asked me to replace and make a video.

I was on md computer web site and paid for three items smps, ram and ssd hard drive on 23rd july 2020. Paid complete amount at point of order process. Attached invoice details.
Expected them to be delivered soon but received a package on aug 12th 2020 at 6pm ist. However, once we have the package opened there was only 1 item inside, smps, but not ssd or ram.

I have immediately called delivery person to check if i have missed other two items, but delivery person confirms there was only one package (Contact: [protected]). Requested to check with their relevant team and confirm if there were items still in his vehicle (Same day i emailed ms computers that items are missing - aug 12, 2020, 11:59 pm). But next day, he confirms there was no items available but provided alternative number, [protected] – however this person also does not have information on this. So i went out to visit all possible local delhivery couriers address to check if i can get any information but no luck.
Aug 12, 2020, 11:59 pm - i have sent emails to md computers, who said they are investigating the case.
On date aug 29, 2020, 3:57 pm – i have received email confirming the package was concealed all 3 items as per cctv footage, however i package i received have only one item on it smps (Not found ram and ssd). No matter how many times i tell that i received 1 items md computers still asking to recheck and reassure the packing details.
Unfortunately, they are not available on chat on web site, not available on calls in recent days too.
What i want: items to be delivered as promised for ram and ssd or refund for missing items.
