Today I called them and asked them if their reports are authentic or not, and that girl said i will arrange a call back for you. This i called her around 11.40 am. And that time only I told her "stop making people fool because i know this arranging a call back is a completely crap", she still assured. I told her I will send you guys a legal notice because i have all your calls recorded and have all your reports where I feel that you edit the reports or change the date. I did not recieve any call and thai has not happened for the first time.

Now these people have forced me to drop this complaint at consumer forum and talk about the same to my lawyer, so that a necessary action can be taken

Serious action should be taken against them. Neither their executive wear proper dress code, nor they take blood sample properly.

I booked test from Medi Test for thyroid. Told the guy to do CRP as well, and made the payment also. They forgot to do CRP test, and blood sample by that time got spoil. No coordination between staff, wrong commitment. When sample was spoiled, then why their executive was telling me on whatsApp that your report will come by evening. When i confirmed what the hell this is, they were like "sorry, apka test CRP ka karna reh gaya, aur sample kharab ho gaya, sirf thyroid ka test hua hai". Now when i paid them 599 for CRP i told them to pay that amount back to me in my accpunt, and guy on whatsapp asked me about my bank account numbver, and IFSC code, but then he was like "jisse payment hui usi mein dalenge". Even i requested to their senior about the same, and he said "main koshish karta hu", after a minute they transfered in PAYTM, which was blocked. Now even if that amount is there, i cant use that amount tll my account gets unblock.

What a piece of ### are working there.

[protected], bunch of ### on this number, who don;t know about the company, and make nuisance commitments, unprofessional people. Every time i have to call them for my report. Their timings are till 11 pm, and most of the time my report gets delay and i have to call them late at night, and what they have is ### word "sorry".
