Delivery not done on time or not cancle my order also I need my refund on same day...

I have been ordering a product also i paid payment as online option and my the cash been transferred to messo's acoount but the product did not ordered yet.

my money lost so once you can replace my cash or do necessary thing which give equal importance to my fund.

I have an order a product from messo company on 11th oct product prices Rs 1171 amount deduct from my paytm account but order not placed.
Then same day refund Rs 279 from messo but balancevamount Rs 892 not refund till up to .

I placed the order on 4th march, 100 times make the complain, the order is at my place since 12th, these ridiculous people don't bother to deliver that product and customer is waiting since 10 days, now he cancelled the order with me? Now I'm not able to cancel the order as they show it is shipped, what the hell I have to do? No idea, they are not ready to refund my money as it is prepaid.. Please help me. It's hard earned money. How these fake people will do like this.
