I nikita too signed an agreement with MET TECH for form filling work from home.they called me and told me about the work which was filling 1500 forms and 1400 must in 15 days .they said I'll receive my work on Monday 27.11.2018 but they delayed . I didn't received any work till Monday afternoon then I messaged them that I haven't receive anything from there side after that they sent id and password by an email at the night but they counted that day too..then I started my work and completed it on time in 14 days filling 1400 and above forms but at the time of submission I was unable to submit the forms diwas clicking OK but nothing was happening..it was still ok written on the screen and happening nothing I tried to call them but the didn't respond...and next day I got a call from them they were saying my work is not complete and I have to pay extra charge of 7800 ..and next day I got a call from an advocate telling me that company has filled a case against me and I have to pay 13000 and something as a penalty other wise I have to go through court hearings and other things...now they are calling me again and again THREATNING me..it's a big scam..plz help me what should I do.

Company called met tech, providing home based work from home as fake work. Saying complete 1500 forms in 15 days and 1400 hundred must be completed. We stopped this work because it is looking very tough to complete in 15 days. Now they are calling and messaging us that there is a case been registered against you in Gujarat court and some person with kabir sharma mailing and calling us and saying that if you don't pay penalty. There is a case filed against you. And pay 27500 as penalty amount.

I can not pay this much amount as i earn only 8000 /month. These people looking like doing some scam. There should be some legal action against them.

Please help and suggest what to do.

I didn't completed this work due to my medical conditions. then i asked them for extension they asked me for Rs 2300 for extension and Rs 5500 for not completing this work. Then i saw the complaints on Consumer Complaints regarding this company.

I am really gonna take a strict legal action against this company. Even i have discussed this issue with one of cousin who is an Advocate in Tis hazari Court Delhi... and i have sent him all the details of this company. and going to meet on 14th december. hope we can stop this fraud activity. because i have seen so many complaints and so many people who are facing this issue...
Or if you can suggest me a better solution then please do it ASAP...

This form filling work from met tech company. As an agreement made between this company and my side, i finished 1500 forms in 15 days. Later after 3 days they send me a report mentioning many mistakes which i did not make. And the next day they send me a mail from an advocate (As they say) asking to pay them compensation amount for the mistakes i made. These e - mails i attached along with. Now they threatening like they will send me legal notice. Can anybody find who these people are or what i should do in reponse to these emails and calls.
