My name is Deepak Gupta, i got a policy no 00189829 from met life, qty prm is 1878 , after one year, policy lapsed due to non payment,i got a call from met life , they told me to deposite total balance 30116 Rupees to renew the policy, Met life executive come to my office to collect the payment and good health related foam.

Dear Sir/Madam
With due respect i want to inform you that i purchased a policy of MetLife India Insurance Co Ltd from Kurukshetra.
My policy no was 00778942. I had paid an amount of Rs. 36000 P.A.
I applied it in jan 2009 but i didn't get my policy documents after passing 3 months.
Then i contact the concerned Axis Bank Branch and i gave 3 to 4 written request letters to the concerned branch staff...

I Arvind Bhagoji dandane, P F A/C No KN/25482/5602 have not received my P F refund, My last day of working with Metlife India Insurance co ltd was 31st may 2008. Yet I have not received my PF refund even after one year . Request you to revert on the status of PF refund
