Hi,

My money was dedected two times over home collection for wife.

Slot accepted for 11 AM first then payment mode I choose net banking and made the payment done after that showing the popup like slot unavailable.

Now, I don't have money for booking for to take test. Its very important test for my surgery. Surgery schedule on[protected].

Please look into this matter and let me know about refund money

Hi, I have done few tests from Metropolis lab in the month of May-21. I haven't received the invoice for any test. I needed those invoices for insurance claim. I called up their customer care multiple times, but no response from them. So, I am raising it here. Metropolis is such a big pathology lab, I don't expect this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior from them. Please help me to resolve this issue.
