    Booked a home collection on[protected] and amount(Rs.320)got debited from my account. But no one came for collection and scheduled another collection via customer care and paid the amount via cash. The customer care executive requested to sent a mail for refund and call back on the status. I sent mail multiple time to [protected]@metropolisindia.com and hlc.[protected]@metropolisindia.com mail id's. They responded that forwarded your request to concern team. I'm not getting any further response from them for past 7 days. They are doing test well, but this response is very very worst and frustrating on metropolis reliability.

      On 6th April at 11:58am, I booked my appointment for 7th April at 7:00AM.
      I received a Booking ID : MWPO316155.
      And a confirmation mail from : [protected]@metropolisindia.com stating that my booking is confirmed and all details of my booking was mentioned. Today, 7th April, nobody came to collect my sample and after calling Metropolis’ customer care number at 7:30, they told me : please wait, you will receive a call from our outbound team. At 8am when I called they said within 2 hours our technician will call you. At 10am they said all our slots are full, please book for tomorrow. But if I have a valid booking ID, my slot should be there in those booked slots right. Then they said we need to check with the sample collection team (phlebotomist) on whether they can come or no. My appointment was booked a day in advance so why couldn’t metropolis check with the phlebotomist the previous day, Infact they are checking with the concerned team after my appointment time has passed ! If a customer has booked for an appointment, will they confirm with the sample collection a team Atleast 12 hours in advance or at the appointment time itself ! This is ridiculous! If my booking was not confirmed why did Metropolis send me a confirmation mail and even give me a booking ID. I would’ve tried to book elsewhere then. Currently I am still waiting for them to confirm on who will come to collect my sample.

        dear sir/madam,
        i have trying to make my voter id from 2004.however every time i have failed to do so.in the year 2004 i was informed that i would have to appear before a judge.this never happened and my case was dissolved.
        kindly let me know what i need to do to make my voter id card.
