Metrozone Complaints & Reviews

We signed a contract in 2011 3 bhd, we paid in full by 2015. They suppose to handover apr 2016. There was no construction work going on. We got an email saying they only handover 2018. There is no one to contact, we paid so much money and cant believe how they handle everything, heard there is no quality in the construction. Need to get some help how to handle this....

We had purchased a flat at Metrozone in 2009, which was supposed to be handed over to us by 2011. Even after payment of full amount and official handover( under condition that all the in complete work will be finished), the flat is not completed in its entirety. There is water leakage on many walls and floor, very very poor quality of work, incomplete construction. the fixtures provided by the builder are al damaged, flooring complete soaked...
