Saree received but does not match with the order. I had ordered silk saree worth rs.1200 but the saree i received is not silk saree. It is ordinary saree worth less then rs.200 and of very poor quality. They are not available on mobile, neither they are responding to any mail. It is a shameful act as nowadays online transactions are increased, so frauds should be minimised and eliminated...

I ordered a saree s for ₹1099 with shipping ₹1219. They send very cheap quality with different product.. They are not responding for my return request...

I have received your courier yesterday but i am shocked to note the items are just not the ones i had ordered.
Attached are the photo of the two items along with bill that i have received today.
There is no contact number on which i can call.
This is absolutely disgusting with diwali just round the corner.
Kindly have these items replaced with the ones that i ordered immediately....

I have ordered pista colur soft net ruffle saree but they deliverd totally wrong product with cheap quality material and charge me rs 1420 for this.. There customer care is not receiving call, neither they are replying to my messages and customer care email id is also not responding... It is totally fake company.
And there customer care number is also switched off...

It was my first bad experience on online shopping. I had ordered a saree via mettimo. It looked so good.. But entirely different, utterly bad quality product delivered. I didnot even open the transparent cover inside as it looked so bad and different from my order, on delivery they sent a contact no, via sms for any queries that seesms to be fake, i cannot even make a call...

I have purchased a saree online from mettimo.com. I ordered the product on 5 august 2019. The product which was delivered on 7 august was totally different from the advertisement. A complaint was lodged on the website of mettimo.com on 7august 2019. The company is not responding to the complaint and neither are they responding to phone call. Appropriate action should be taken against the company for fallacious representation....
